Location and size

Cons:

No one to talk to when checking out as we were early checkout it wouldn’t clock us out,it was the same it wouldn’t clock us in but there was staff there to help in the afternoon but not for clocking out early in morning.

Great location, clean, very nice staff, apartments lovely size. :)

Cons:

The double bed and single sofa beds were so uncomfortable, sorry we all slept awful, such a shame

What we needed and everyone was helpful.
Pros:

Very clean. Staff very helpful, the room was too warm when I got it and they helped me figure out how to make it more comfortable and followed up out of hours to ensure we were ok.

Cons:

The room is older and the facilities a bit tired but it was extremely clean. We only stayed one night for a family gathering the next day, so I didn’t have to evaluate how it would be over time, but my sister said the shower tenperature was not able to be adjusted easily. Maybe ask about that if you are checking in. The staff is lovely.

The stay was. Good ..the linen was really clean
Pros:

Problem was that they took 100 GBP over and above my full advance money as SECURITY - Which I am yet to get back. I am told it will be credited to my card in 48 hours !!

Perfect location
Pros:

The apartment is very centrally located, clean, close to all tourist places and near all transport connections you need. The best aspect of this place is the people who are working there. They are very, very, very kind and willing to help you with everything you need. Thank you very much for everything you did for us while we were there.

I enjoyed my stay and the convenience of having a little kitchen. It was easy to walk to where I wanted to visit too

The location was excellent and it was easy to check in and get settled

The bed was quite uncomfortable and I struggled with the room temperature a bit

Brilliant.
Pros:

Property was in a great location with clean rooms.

The price is high and the property is by a pub therefore you can hear noise out the windows early hours when the kegs are being filled etc.

very disappointed as there was 6 ladies and couldn’t shower

The shower was boiling and when tried ti cool down it wouldn’t then bit fell off couldn’t find anyone to get this sorted fold down bed was very uncomfortable . i have stayed here before in differant room .

La ubicación es ideal, en el centro de Edimburgo y cerca de transporte para ir a los sitios y también para el aeropuerto. También para moverte andando. Callejón silencioso para descansar. Las instalaciones muy cómodas, check in rápido y fácil en la entrada. La habitación estaba lista antes de la hora prevista, lo que nos vino genial.

Cons:

El estudio es pequeño y no entra mucha luz al tocarnos en planta baja.
