Disappointed. We paid over a £1000 for 2 nights in a room far worse than travel lodge.
Pros:

The reviews were fantastic so we had no reason to believe that this property would be disappointing.
Initially we were held in a long queue to self check in and print out our own key cards. Others were struggling with this process so the wait was long. We booked the accommodation as we were attending a wedding and the photographs suggested clean spacious living areas. We found a grotty 2 bedroom area to sleep 6 (2 double bunkbeds in one kitchenette area). The carpets were filthy, windows dirty and blinds tired with old fashioned popper fastening. Moths were evident so I kept certain clothes in our suitcases. Tried to iron a dress but thick burnt on red fabric was melted onto the iron. The bins were unclean and rusty. Patches of mould was seen on the shower ceiling. Most worrying blood and brown marks/stains were on the bed linen. Photographs can be provided.

Cons:

The dirty, cramped and tired looking room.

Pros:

الدخول كان عبر رقم سري وتعليمات أرسلها مقر الإقامة عبر رسائل موقع البوكينج
بعد الدخول يوجد جهاز لابتوب يتم عن طريقه انهاء إجراءات الدخول وكذلك المغادرة بشكل ذاتي، وتستلم بطاقات فتح الابواب من صندوق صغير بجانب الجهاز
توجد موظفة في المكتب تقوم بالمساعدة بشكل سريع لإنهاء الاجراء على الجهاز لمن تعذر عليه ذلك
الشقة كانت في حي هادئ جدا وقريبة في ذات الوقت من كافة المعالم السياحية
الشقة واسعة ونظيفة ومتوفر فيها كافة الاجهزة والادوات

Pros:

I have stayed at 2 Heeton's in Edinburgh. The staff are super friendly. There is everything you need in the apartment, and the beds are super comfortable. Nice-sized apartment. Linsey was amazing! Very welcoming and friendly, and always had a smile on her face. Thank you for making our stay so good Linsey! I am displaced from the situation in Dubai right now, so you really made a difference.

No one to talk to when checking out as we were early checkout it wouldn’t clock us out,it was the same it wouldn’t clock us in but there was staff there to help in the afternoon but not for clocking out early in morning.
