Pros:

Pobyt w Bekdas Hotel to był dobry wybór, lokalizacja jest genialna - blisko głównych zabytków Stambułu. Pokoje są czyste, nowoczesne i bardzo przytulne. Największy atut to taras dachowy - śniadanie z widokiem na morze Marmara i panoramę miasta. Obsługa jest niezwykle pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Szczerze polecam.

Замечательный персонал в неплохом отеле 😉
Pros:

Размещение замечательное.
Рядом (10 мин.ходьбы) находится метро (M2).
Пять-семь минут и остановка трамвая T1. Три остановки и ты в самом центре-Султанахмет.
Что касается самого отеля, то хочется отметить персонал.
Во первых -Перед поездкой у меня было немало вопросов и персонал отеля максимально быстро давал на мои вопросы ответы.
Во вторых-Прилетели мы в Стамбул рано утром и уже в 08:00 были в отеле и нас заселили (у нас было два номера).
В третьих-Уезжали мы рано утром (в 07:00) и позавтракать не успели.
Но, персонал пошёл нам на встречу и дал возможность позавтракать в день прилёта.
В общем, спасибо вам большое 🙂🙂🙂.
И ещё-завтраки были не такие разнообразные , но мы всегда были сыты. Спасибо 🙏 большое.

Cons:

Единственный минус тот, о котором здесь много кто уже написал-отель кажется уставшим и требует определённого обновления (как минимум в номерах).
И ещё просьба- предупреждайте пожалуйста заранее о том, что в бассейне ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО нужна шапочка

It was very convenient, close to all main attractions and tram line.
Pros:

The location was really good even though it was on a slight slope, the reception and cleaning staff were helpful and kind. The room was slightly dated and small but it was clean. However, the bathroom had no ventilation and was old and a dusty, it could do with a refurbishment. The spa was lovely and really ideal after sightseeing. The pool was slightly cold but nice.

Sehr zentrale Lage und sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, aber Schwächen beim Frühstück und teilweise beim Servic
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut – sehr zentral und man erreicht vieles bequem zu Fuß. Auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, insbesondere die Bahn, sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, was in Istanbul ein großer Vorteil ist. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und das Zimmer wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, selbst ohne ausdrückliche Aufforderung. Insgesamt war es sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Man sollte bedenken, dass die Lage zwar zentral ist, aber typisch für Istanbul mit vielen Steigungen verbunden ist – es geht ständig bergauf und bergab, was nicht für jeden angenehm ist. Das Frühstück bietet Verbesserungspotenzial: Die Auswahl war vorhanden, aber eher begrenzt (z. B. nur wenige Brotsorten und kaum süße Optionen). Der Kaffee war leider sehr wässrig und kaum genießbar. Außerdem ist es nicht empfehlenswert, Taxis über das Hotel zu bestellen, da hierfür zusätzliche Gebühren berechnet wurden, was eigentlich nicht zum Service gehören sollte.

Pros:

Staff were very nice and helpful especially the girl at the breakfast bar and the weightier from Africa at breakfast - both are very nice people!

Cons:

We got a Room without a window, which was terrible. How does one even rent “Deluxe” hotel rooms without windows? The rooms were fairly dirty and old as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was ultra plain, same every day with no eggs ( apart from boiled ones), very poor choice of salami and even sweets. We won’t be coming back and won’t be recommending the hotel to anyone. Pool and spa area is also bad, with tiles pealing from the pool wall and bugs floating in the water.

Pros:

Mise à part l’emplacement de l’hôtel qu’il était près du centre.

Cons:

Beaucoup de chose m’ont déplus, j’ai demandé une chambre double j’ai eu 2 lits qui ont été coller, donc inconfortable, la femme de ménager rangeait que le minimum dans la chambre lors du ménage, de la moisissure dans la salle de bain, j’ai dit à l’accueil que le lavabo coulait et personne est venue voir et personne a fait le nécessaire. Petit déjeuner rien à voir sur les photos, sauna même pas chaud, piscine froide et jacuzzi froid, j’ai demandé pour augmenter la température et ils sont refusés. Le personnel super désagréable. Navette à l’heure mais ils l’ont commandé à une heure trop tard donc problème à l’aéroport j’ai dû payé une amande car j’ai pas pu mettre ma valise en soute.

Pros:

The hotel was very good, with a great location and friendly, helpful staff. I would especially like to mention Ercan and Zekeriya, who were extremely kind and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
