La chambre est magnifique et le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon
La chambre au rez donnant un accès directe à la plage. Nous avons séjourné au printemps, donc pas de chaises longues devant. Grande salle de bain.
Réception peut accueillante, pas d’explication pour la réservation du SPA par exemple. Petit déjeuner continental très moyens. Le restaurant est cher pour la qualité et la quantité de nourriture. Je le déconseille.

Frühstücksqualität, kein vitales Angebot ohne Zusatzkosten, Restaurant ohne Buchung nicht Mal Getränke möglich, obwohl Lokalität fast leer ist.
Extrem überteuertes Privat Spa, 120€ für 2h, das ist kein Wellness Hotel!
Obwohl Fahrradhotel und Fahrradpreisliste keine Fahrräder vor Ort.
Rezeption und Bar fast immer unbesetzt, man muss immer auf Mitarbeiter warten.
Parkhaus vorhanden, Lift außer Betrieb in der Nacht unbeleuchtet, Zumutung für Frauen. Verpflichtende Hinterlegung der Kreditkarte obwohl vorab bezahlt und alle Zusatzleistungen sofort zu bezahlen sind.

Personal am Empfang war nicht wirklich freundlich.
Beim Check-out wurde nicht einmal gefragt, ob alles ok war. Ich habe dann von mir aus gesagt, dass es nachts im Badezimmer Ameisen gab und jemand sich das ansehen sollte. Einzige Antwort war: ok.
