Correcta con mal descanso.
Pros:

La decoración de la habitación

Cons:

Los colchones eran blandos y se clavaban los muelles, las sábanas eran viejas y el desague del lababo no funcionaba. Se escucha el ruido de otras habitaciones

Buenas estancia, en casa típica inglesa y con buena conexión
Pros:

La cercanía a estación de metro, cafeterías y supermercados, cosas que facilitan bastante.
Decir también que cualquier cosa que se le solicitó nos la proporcionaron.

The location was good

Cons:

The heating is controlled by the stuff meaning that they turn it on and off whenever, to make it worst my room had absolutely no heating, the tap water doesn’t stay hot either. The shower was leaking the whole night too. No exaggeration in anything I said so far.

Pros:

Room was clean. People were nice. Everything was perfect. Smoke sensor was broken and started making noise couple times, but someone came and repaired it right away.

Perfect for a budget holiday

Best hotel on the street!!
Pros:

Perfect hotel to get around central london with many transport links. Next to Westfield. Clean and comfortable stay. Professional staff who looked after us and kept checking if everything was good. Highly recommend.

Cons:

No breakfast but many cafes and restaurants next to hotel.

Falta de personal.
Pros:

Las dos camas de matrimonio. Nos pusieron en una habitación sin escaleras, al llevar un carro de bebé.

Cons:

Que no había nadie en recepción, para atender tal y como nos dijeron. No pudimos dejar las maletas, tras esperar más de media hora. Avisamos a una señora que estaba limpiando, y nos ignoro.
El primer día el niño sangro de la nariz y cayó una gota en la cama, y no nos cambiaron ni las sábanas.
Y está bastante alejado de la zona turística.
