La tv no funcionaba. Y en el desayuno muy apretados. Además había pocas cosas.

Un poco fria la habitación durante la noche, pero se solucionó rápidamente, control del aire acondicionado y cobertores. Muy amable y excelente disposición de la Sra. del aseo que nos ayudó.
La ubicación es excelente. En un paseo muy tranquilo cerca de todo en providencia. El desayuno es sencillo pero de buena calidad. En especial el café y la atención de una señora mayor que estaba muy pendiente de recoger las mesas y de atender a los huéspedes. El departamento estaba muy bien en sí, y todo muy limpio.
En la página no hay información de que algunos departamentos se encuentran fuera del recinto del hotel en un hotel que se encuentra en otro edificio. No hay tv abierta por cable, solo aplicaciones, y el aire acondicionado no funcionó bien en dos habitaciones. Sin embargo, se pidió que lo vinieran a ver y un joven vino a la habitación y le cambió las pilas al electrodoméstico. Creo que deberían avisar la hacer la reserva sobre si el departamento se encuentra dentro del hotel o fuera. Porque de haberlo sabido, hubiésemos optado por un hotel. Nunca vamos a departamentos por seguridad. Lo otro es que abajo hay restaurantes y se escucha parcialmente el ruido y llegan los olores de las cocinas. Por ello, hay que mantener todo cerrado.
El desayuno esta bien, cumple con un buen estándar dentro de lo básico.
La ducha tiene poca presión y el semicierre de vidrio no permite evitar las salpicaduras, lo que dificulta mantener el espacio ordenado y seco. Además, la toma de corriente a la izquierda de la cama no funciona. Por otro lado, el desayunador presenta una grieta y hay una gotera en el nivel bajo del espacio.
La Ubicación del Hotel,la cordialidad del personal la limpieza lo voy a recomendar a mis amistades y volveré al mismo
