Cons:

The hotel used to be a Shangri La, to me it didnt look anything close to that standard, I usually stay in Grand Wyndham in KL, and I expected some form of standardisation between the brand, but this felt more of a upper class motel than a Wyndham Hotel

Excellent hotel, perfectly located in downtown
Pros:

Excellent hotel, perfectly located in downtown. Large room, comfortable large bed, silent AC, tap with filtered drinking water plus a kettle with tea and coffee. Very good breakfast, nice restaurants on the ground floor and on the rooftop terrace, nice staff.

Cons:

The rooms facing the street are a bit noisy due to heavy traffic, so it's better to choose a room on the other side of the hotel.

Always watch out what you pay because there are mostly extra costs, tax, service etc. That is written in the small letters

飯店房間尚算乾净整潔。

Cons:

1. 入住當晚，就在飯店餐廳用餐。使用 A-la carte 方式點餐，過了半小時餐點還未送上，詢問之下餐廳告知單子有點多，而且人手不足所以才怠慢了。後來有送上一些小點致歉，再等二十分鐘餐點才送來。

2. 隔天需很早前往機場，故拜托櫃檯叫車。確認了車子資訊，時間和費用之後便回房休息。天曉得隔天早上在飯店大廳等了半個小時車子還沒來，才很快地使用手機軟件叫車，再麻煩飯店櫃檯取消所預訂的車子。
