Disappointed with reception. My booking reference was not on system

Okay rooms, everything works. Courteous staff. Excellent location.

The hotel is good but needs to be renew. WIFI very poor.

The staff was very kindly and the location very good near hamra Street
but there was a bad smell in bathroom and the bed not comfortable , and there is not many type at breakfast only cheese , egg, olive, bread, tomato، cucumber, croissant, tea coffee.
There is not any fruit or juice.

Easy checkin, comfortable bed, clean and tidy, decent bathroom, good location. No view but the blinds were good. Reasonable breakfast.

Dårligt service og jeg har booket 9 dag på hotellet Ellysee men da jeg kom de sagde nej du kan være kun 3 dage her på den hotel de sagde fordi hotellet er fyldet op og jeg har bestillt den i langtid og jeg har ikke fået besked før jeg bliver skuffet så har snakket med Hotels com .hvor jeg har booket men de kan ikke hjælp mig med det.

It's not my first time to stay in this hotel and I can tell everyone looking for a good hotel, good price and close to Hamra street and don't hesitate to book in this hotel.

Close to everything in Hamra. Good Wi-Fi. I got insect bitea during the stay and still don't know if it was mosquitoes or something else..

The staff was amazing

Never left towels in my room. And my suit was stolen from my room and the manager kept avoiding talking to me! Very bad!

No standard in the room service, restaurant. Front Desk receptionists were very good

The main problem was that the water was very salty so you can't wash ur face or brush your teeth and the shower with such salty water is horrible.

The Hotel was very good overall, clean room, friendly staff, it is located in Hamra street which is the heart of beirut, every thing is near by.
However this hotel does not deal with Hotels.com when I arrived there was no reservation in my name, although I received a confirmation from this site.

Ya conocia este hotel en el 2009..pero solo le han hecho un ligero cambio al lobby...el resto sigue igual...ya es muy anticuado...es amplia pero huele a cañerìa... en el lobby..son bastante simples...escàzamente saludan..el desayuno..regular.... he estado en sitios muy bueno por menos del valor de este hotel...aunque Lìbano es costoso...y no se entiende porquè... Estuve en Turquìa y ni punto de comparaciòn...

Enjoyed most the central location, suitable for business and exploring the legendary Al Hamra district. I house WIFi was simply fantastic, power and water are usually an issue in Lebanon - no issue here. Look for Sultana at reception, she's quite friendly.

The hotel is ok for 1 night but if more then i would not recommend this hotel. I chose this hotel because it said newly renovated rooms comfortable beds etc... It wasn't it was more like a quick fix do over. The bed was uncomfortable.

It is ok for overnight stay. The reception was not very helpful and the WiFi was not working. Very poor breakfast and uncomfortable bed. I do not think the bedding was changed from previous customer

The Hotel staff are excellent; friendly and welcoming. It is ideally located just off Hamra street (parallel) and yet tucked away in a small by lane which keeps traffic noise and other disturbance to the minimum.
The room was spacious and decently furnished for people on holiday. It has a functional kitchen facility for basic task (microwave and kettle, etc). The room was clean, with good bedding, clean towels and toileteries were provided.
The breakfast was excellent, very lebanese and healthy, which is a nice touch. Please make sure you consume it all as it will keep you going for good 5-6 hrs of sight seeing and travel.
Hamra street is loaded with restaurants, shops, malls and other amenities that anyone would need close by in a new city.
