Great value for money, great location.
Pros:

Great value for money with a last minute booking in Berlin. Would stay again / recommend.

Cons:

Check in time at 3pm was not flexible at all, the guy at the check in desk did not check if room was available when I arrived at 2.30, just told me to come back at 3. Normally there is some flexibility.

Perfektes Hotel für Kurzurlaub oder Geschäftsreise
Pros:

Perfekte Lage mit Restaurants, Supermärkten, Bushaltestellen
Sehr freundliches Personal
Sauber und großes Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage war super während der heißen Tage
Frühstück für uns sehr gut, sogar mit Pancakes Maschine
Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

Cons:

Upgrade des TV zu SmartTV wäre perfekt

Hatte 2 Nächte eine Freundin zu Gast. Kein Problem gegen Aufpreis.Betten waren leicht zu auseinanderschieben.
Pros:

Super Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, zuvorkommende freundliche Mitsrbeiter

Cons:

Das Hotel ist langsam in die Jahre gekommen. Fleckige Teppiche, Schimmel-Ansatz bei Bad/Dusche. Lifttüre sehr schwer zu öffnen.

Pros:

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war bei der Wärme Gold wert. Auf die besonderen Bedürfnisse (Rollstuhlfahrer) wurde schnell und ohne Diskussionen eingegangen.

Wonderful location, brilliant staff - friendly and helpful.
Room was comfortable. Very nice.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was not worth €20. Only ate there once and then ate outside the hotel. I've had much better spreads in Germany before. I would have been happy to pay €15

No water or slippers in room.

Minor maintenance issues.

Pros:

Das Beste an dem Hotel war bei den Temperaturen die Klimaanlage. Checkout erst um 12 Uhr war super. Kofferabgabe immer noch möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nachbarschaft. Kostenloses Wasser am Zimmer.

Cons:

Am Balkon war das Gebläse der Klimaanlage. Nur Badewanne als Dusche vorhanden.

Comfortable, clean enough,
Pros:

Location was excellent. AC worked well, our junior suite room was well sized, shower worked well, beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Lack of attention to detail on some things. Cigarette burn in sofa, tray on coffee table was dirty, tea and coffee not replenished fully, fridge had a stain. Head height dent in the bathroom door was a little worrying.
