Nice hotel
Pros:

Very big room with a balcony - comfort! Great breakfast!

Cons:

The floor was a bit dusty, even though it was not visible by eye directly.

Für einen Kurzztrip nach Berlin und für eine örtlich günstige Unterbringung ist das Hotel gut geeignet.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ein großer Vorteil, wir konnten unsere Ziele fußläufig erreichen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und war uns behilflich, eine hervorragende Parkmöglichkeit für unser Auto zu finden.
Dank eines Upgrade hatten wir ein sehr großes Zimmer zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war enttäuschend und hatte eher einen Bistrocharakter, das Frühstücksangebot war in der Vielfalt mäßig. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung des Hotels nicht stimmig und wirkt schon zusammengewürfelt. Z.B. Spiegel mit Schlosscharakter neben Markisen mit Marktcharakter und Bistrostühlen im Frühstücksraum. Dem Namen Chateau wird das Hotel nicht gerecht.

Very good value in the heart of Berlin!
Pros:

Huge, comfortable room, for a very good price!

Cons:

The heating was insufficient, but they brought an additional heater, all OK!...-:)

No parking, had to park in a nearby paid one, for 25€/night!...

Die Lage, das Personal und das Frühstück war super
Der Nacht Concierge hat uns in der nachgeholfen als unsere Zimmer Nachbarin durch gedreht sind und die ganze Nacht rumhebrühllt haben.
Dafür noch mal vielen Dank

Pros:

Location and staff are great. The staff helped me provodind me a radiator to heat the room that was VERY COLD . Breakfast was very good

Cons:

The room was unbeliveble COLD. The central heating did not manage to compensate - so the staff at the reception had to give me another blanket and an additional radiator.

Sehr gute Betten, bequeme Stühle, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und sehr gute Anbindung, sehr zentral, Einkaufen kann man auch gleich nebenan oder Gegenüber, sehr schön alles

Praktisch gut.
Pros:

Die Lage.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht aufgekühlt, wurde nur langsam warm.
Der Stöpsel in der Badewanne schloss nicht richtig, dadurch war Baden nicht richtig möglich.

Prima stadshotel op een goed bereikbare locatie om alles in Berlijn te kunnen zien
Pros:

Heel aardige medewerkers die je graag helpen. Redelijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet

Cons:

De airconditioning in de kamer deed het soms wel en soms niet. Onduidelijk waarom maar wel vervelend aangezien het heel warm was in het hotel.
