Location
As issue with environment at the facility. The facility canceled when I was at the location. They were very receptive and compliant with this stating I could have a full refund. But booking.com is not applying this.
The location was convenient for our occasion. It did have gas stations, restaurants and other stores around it.
The esthetics were very displeasing. The outside parking lot was filled with pot holes and very unwelcoming. The inside lobby was dingy and dirty. The counter staff was not pleasant to speak or interact with nor did they dress professionally. The breakfast area was dirty and uninviting. The hallways had an odor, the bathroom was dirty and in need of repair.
One of the quietest hotels in which we have stayed. Comfortable beds and pillows.
Self-serve waffles and hot coffee were good. Appreciated the yogurt.
Convenient location and nearby pizza place (Napoli) was good. Area felt safe.
Handicapped accessible room was spacious. Shower water was hot, spray was adequate.
Room was clean. Nice sized, cold refrigerator.
Breakfast would be enhanced by also offering of bagels or English muffins, a pitcher of water.
Baseboards on adjacent wall outside of handicapped shower area was damaged and mildewy, appearing to leak. Cleanliness in bathroom seemed to be more of a structural issue, than a housekeeping issue.
Window was cracked. Drapes were very wrinkled
Could not locate a hair dryer.
Refrigerator needed defrosting. Lots of ice built up.

It is an average place to stay. "Micro"tel. Lower rate than others for a night just passing through.
Room 225 the refrigerator did not work. The air conditioner would run for awhile then shut off for awhile and recycle. We had it set on 73 and was cold while on then too warm while off. The place is remodeling. Stale air either from the fitness room or the remodeling.
