The location is near America Town and Dotonbori so the ambience was amazing, the Public Bath was something i did not know they had and enjoyed very much, there is a convenience store on the base floor that is pretty much attached to the hotel so you dont need to go outside to access the store. The room was well equiped, the only one I encounterd on my trip with an foldable chair which I greatly appreciated.
The room felt old, like that it needed a refurbish, on the room I stayed I could feel oftenly shaking on the bed, I did not know if it was the cars due to it being nearby to a main road, at least for me it was not too much of a issue but i can imagine being it for someone else.
跟上次住宿一樣除了打掃沒有很確實外，其他不管是溫泉、備品、員工服務都一流！尤其是遇到來自高雄的櫃檯小哥幫忙協助解決前一間住宿的問題，超級完美！
另外是價格偏高，但備品不斷的有創新玩意很貼近人心（兩次去有不一樣的東西，這次看到泡澡的一次性衣物都有，看起來就不便宜），不會讓旅客覺得花的不值
打掃沒有到很確實，地板還是有看到沒弄乾淨的地方，但尚可接受
有各式各樣的備品，男女大浴池，我老婆說女生的浴池休息室，很棒。距離地鐵站約400公尺，很方便，下次到大阪，很願意再來住

Onsen included, good location close to Dotonbori and Namba, clean room, friendly staff, many dryers and washers available (6 in total) to be used so you don't have to wait for others, great value for money
There's only one key to power the hotel room which means you can't leave your devices charging when you're out.
Small room
Being this is my second time in Japan, I found the warm Onsen not hot enough and the hot Onsen to be too hot, there wasn't any in between, could be good for first-time Onsen goers.
A bit inconvenient to always have to return your key to the front desk after leaving the room and ask for it when you come back in.

Prime Location: The hotel is situated in an excellent area, making it incredibly easy to get around and enjoy the best the surroundings have to offer.
Impeccable Cleanliness: I was particularly impressed by the public restroom facilities. It is rare to find common areas so modern and kept in such a spotless condition. This level of attention to detail regarding hygiene is truly commendable.
Overall, a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely be back!

Muy cerca de Dotonbori caminando. Cerca de metro y autobús también.
Llegamos antes del check in y tenían la habitación preparada, punto positivo.
Hotel was located within walking distance to Dotonbori area and plenty of shopping spots. A little far (10 mins max) walking distance to trains, but had nice food options around.
Cleanliness lacked a little bit, sorry, and walkways were noisy from other guests (not the hotels fault), but walls also sounded thin.

Además la tienda justo debajo del hotel es lo más práctico para uno como extranjero.

I was pleasently surprised that all staff spoke perfect English, they were extremely nice. Also had all necessary toiletries for free. Another plus: before check-in and after check-out, one can leave there the luggage safely.
It is not something negative, the room is quite small, but expected for the area. The location is perfect.
