服務很好，可以寄放行李很方便，距離難波站很近，對面還有超商跟一風堂拉麵，去黑門市場走路也不遠，一下子就能去道頓堀逛街。
房內有洗脫烘還有洗衣精讓我可以少帶很多衣服，也有微波爐餐具可以使用，吹風機還是國際牌，頭髮很快就吹乾，超方便

Decent sized room with space to open large suitcases. Reception was very helpful, professional and polite. Nice sized TV in the room with easy access to ports. Bed was comfortable. Aircon worked well. Shower pressure and temperature was fine. The location was great, its closely located to a major train station (Namba) and there's plenty of stuff nearby that is worth exploring. Nearby family mart is always a huge boon too.

We've stayed in a Fraser Suites in China several years ago and it was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in so we were quite excited to stay in another Fraser Suites. And we were not disappointed. The staff were great and very friendly. The location was excellent as it was near several tourist destinations as well as a large department store and great restaurants. The morning breakfast had a good variety of different cuisines. The room itself was my favourite. It's pretty spacious with a living room, a kitchenette, a washer/dryer and a walk-in closet next to the bedroom! It felt like coming home every day and we were also grateful to be able to wash our clothes after a long trip. We really enjoyed our stay in Osaka and at this hotel!

The front desk staff who were all very service oriented during our stay there from 18-20 June, especially a male front desk officer (apologies that we have forgotten to ask his name) who works from the morning to evening shift during our stay there. He is always ever ready to help in big and small ways. From receiving our trash / laundry with no qualms (we opted for no housekeeping with some cash card as bonus) to helping us weigh out heavy suitcases. The rooms were well maintained with all appliances looking brand new. It felt even more comfortable than home. The filtered water tap was a good idea. We were impressed with the hospitality and the good name of Fraser Residences that we are now looking to try out all your hotels! Keep up the good work!

The location is excellent. It is conveniently situated near a major metro hub, providing easy access to all parts of the city. In addition, many popular shopping and entertainment areas, including Dotonbori, are within walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring Osaka.

Super nice, polite and helpful staff. Every single one. Makes you happy on holiday dealing with such personnel. Location also really good.

Friendly helpful reception. Hotel offers 500yen coupon for every day of no room service day.
Air con was strong and cold, the room was extremely clean, considering there was do many things to clean in a room with kitchenette. Bed was comfy.

Convenience to Dotonbori and train stations.

Our choice of staying @ Fraser Residence in Nankai Osaka came at the recommendation from a family member we were travelling with having had a wonder experience there previously. Our experiences there this past week confirmed their raves. Very central to many of the activities we planned for.
