Great location. Hotel clean and staff very friendly and helpful
Pros:

Great location to access Dotonburi. Namba station (on Nankai Airport Express line) nearby and walking distance to the hotel. The room was clean, beds were comfy and bathroom adequate. We had breakfast and that was decent. Not a huge spread but enough variety

Cons:

The pedestrian crossing alarm was a bit annoying at night. Other than that, our room was relatively quiet.

Great customer service.
Pros:

Excellent customer service. They helped me with my luggage as i have to send my luggage in advance and they also let me checked in early free of charge. Polite and friendly staff, smooth check in and the hotel is in great location.
