We loved the Hotel not only was it in a great location it was also clean comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
They were doing construction work next door and it was extremely noisy when a new room was available we were able to change rooms.
All the staff were amazing so professional kind and very helpful.
We would definitely stay again and recommend your Hotel to family and friends.

Fraser Residence at Nankai is in a really good location, only one stop away from Shinsaibashi (or a 10-15mins walk) and also within walking distance to Namba Station as well as Kuromon Market. The Breakfast crew is also a highlight of our 3N stay at Fraser’s, big shoutout to the Filipino lady who is always so helpful & friendly! This is our second time back as we love the property!

Surprisingly it was unexpected that our choice of Fraser Residence was pretty good. It is easily reachable from Osaka International Airport by Rapid Express Train. The Residence is well located and within minutes walk to Dotobori and close to Shinsaibashi shopping area. Also near to the main subway lines. The staff were polite and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

My cousin and I treated ourselves and stayed in a 1 bedroom unit from 24-27 May 2026. The unit looked matched the pictures shown on the Fraser Residence website & on Booking.com. We enjoyed having space to keep our suitcases open and still have ample space to walk all around the unit. Though we didn't cook in the unit, the fridge, freezer, microwave & filtered water were greatly appreciated. I had plans to use the washer & dryer, but found some good clothing deals, so didn't have to wash any clothes. Detergent pods were provided for use in the washer. The bedroom had an air purifier, TV & walk-in closet with dresser, safe, ample hangers, iron & ironing board. The living room had a sofa, coffee table, glass side table, desk, lamp, TV & dining table w/3 chairs Most of the noise from the outside was filtered out, except when a siren or a vehicle w/4 blaring loud speakers on its roof drove by. Maybe that's why ear plugs were provided with the amenities. Some of the amenities were available to select in the lobby. The bathroom had space to move around and I liked the tub/shower faucet controls. There was good water pressure and the water temperature did not fluctuate while taking a shower. The AC worked well and had individual remote controls for the split AC units in the living room and in the bedroom. For passing on room cleaning during our stay, we were each given a card w/yen on it that could be used at 7-Eleven & Lawson. Breakfast had Japanese, Chinese and Western selections, soups, salad, breads, desserts & soft serve. I always had more than enough to eat. There is a gym and 2 saunas, which we didn't get a chance to use. All the staff we encountered were polite, friendly & helpful. The staff at the front desk and at the breakfast area always greeted us when we entered or exited & made us feel welcomed.

The location of these apartments is very central close to lots of food and shopping options. The rooms are quite large for Japan and the buffet breakfast was also a nice surprise.

This is my 2nd time staying here. I stayed in a 2 bedroom unit this time and there is lots more room with 2 bathrooms. The washing machine seems to be newer this time, clothes came out completely dry. stayed in a 1 bedroom unit in 2025 and clothes did not come out dry.

The 2 bed units are corner units, we were on 4th floor, you can definately hear street noises at night. we had no problems in 1 bed units. dont recall hearing police sirens and loud car noises. it made it a little more difficult to fall asleep with the street noise. Now I know why they provide ear plugs.

2 bed units are very roomy but can be noisy. But location of hotel with washing machine inside the room is still a great choice for Namba. Staff are very professional and courteous.
