Pros:

The location of this hotel was quite good. It is close to subway stations and also very convenient for the airport express, which made getting around easy. There are several large shopping malls nearby as well, so it is a handy area to stay in, although there is no major supermarket within easy reach.

Cons:

The main downside was the noise. The hotel is very close to a main road, and the soundproofing was not very effective, so traffic noise was quite noticeable. At times, it was even louder when street performers were singing outside. The facilities also felt a bit dated, and considering the price, it did not feel especially good value compared with other nearby hotels.

Mauvaise odeur dans une des chambre. Pas de charme. Mes enfants ont aimé l hotel par contre.

Will stay here again if we visit Osaka again.
Pros:

Location is perfect for airport transportation (2 min and we are on Naikai Rapid train) and shopping (Namba City is just across the street). It's also walkable to many tourist attractions. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I wish there were basic condiments in the kitchen like cooking oil and salt.

Great location walkable to Dotonbori and next to all shopping districts. Great staff and reasonablely sized room.
Pros:

It is located just in the middle of the action.

Wonderful stay in a clean, comfy, and spacious room close to everything you want to do in Osaka.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the showers were heavenly! Having the kitchen area and the in-room washer-dryer were definitely a plus after having travelled for over one week in Japan.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. My only regret is that we did not spend enough time in Osaka to enjoy all the food and shopping - which was very convenient to get to from the hotel.

Excelente ubicación en Namba. A un paso de Namba City y Namba Parks. Habitación/departamento amplio. Cuentan con lavandería y cocina en la habitación. Tienen servicio para envío de maletas. Dan pijamas. Tienen fitness center.

Cons:

El desayuno es bueno pero podría mejorar.
