Great accommodation and great location
Pros:

Comfortable hotel in an excellent location. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a one bedroom apartment which was spacious and well equipped. Highly recommend staying there.

Good central base for exploring Namba area with bonus of washer/dryer in room
Pros:

Love the washer/dryer in room - we could set our laundry for wash and return to clean, dry laundry after exploring the city at the end of the day. Laundry pods were provided in room as well.
Staff were friendly and arranged special request of a high-floor room.
Breakfast area is quite small but food variety was sufficient.

Location is very near Nankai train station that goes direct to Kansai Airport - less than 5 minutes walk. Lots of shopping and food options nearby.

Cons:

Clearly a family-friendly hotel, so can get rather crowded during check-in/check-out timings. But staff try their best to ensure queues are managed.

Pros:

Appartment mit eigener Waschmaschine, kleiner Küche und allem was man sonst noch benötigt.
Sehr freundliches Personal.

Greta location, loved that it had a kitchenette and washing machine

Cons:

The bathroom seemed strange like it was a separately added unit. Also one side of the bed was against the wall so one person needed to climb on the bed to lie down, and didn’t have a side table on that side

Family stay in great convenient location
Pros:


Conveniently located next to Namba station, in the heart of Osaka, on the doorsteps of Dotonbori, a perfect spot for our first Osaka visit. The two bedroom exec apartment was spacious, well stocked with everything you need and had great facilities despite us not needing them. Will come back when next in town
