Very good food. Great sea views from room window.
Unable to park outside. Told to use public car park 100 metres away.
Insufficient towels and complimentary items.
Everything could not find a fault
Nothing all 10/10
The closeness to the harbour and the shops on front
The fact there was nothing to place your toiletries on in bathroom and the actual bedroom had a few issues, curtains hanging of pole stains on carpet, tv kept turning off and on while watching it, not much choice of food at breakfast I’m gluten and dairy intolerant and while I did get something it wasn’t really what I’d want to eat at breakfast, altho it wasn’t nice.
We visit here often. Excellent hotel with brilliant staff
location of the dining room. Dinner was lovely. Very large portions.
Terrible room 27A. This room was on ground level facing out onto a brick wall. No ventilation. Noise from bar on street late at night. Asked for another room when booking in but this was dismissed very quickly.
One night stay at the Bank and was a perfect place to stop for a short getaway. Room was large and very clean and comfortable.
No issues. All good.
Noisy from the smokers at the front door.
