Pros:

Everything was excellent. The room was clean, and the staff was outstanding. They even helped us find a car wash since we had a long journey and our car was quite dirty. They also offered us a more spacious room at the same price because we were traveling with a small child, which we really appreciated.

During our stay, there was a small issue with the ventilation system, but a technician arrived within half an hour and fixed everything quickly. Very efficient and friendly service.

The breakfast was delicious. The location is a few kilometers from Mestre, which is actually a plus — quiet and cozy. At the same time, there is a nearby train station, so we could easily go to Venice while leaving our car parked at the hotel.

We are very satisfied and will definitely come back again!

The hotel is very nice and the staff is awesome.

Cons:

The only complain is about the desk inside the room that wasn't clean, with spots from previous guest

Nice Hotel with all needed to have a nice stay

Cons:

Restaurant not at the level should be, service slow, prices high a food nothing special.
Too expensive additional cost to have a my dog in the room, 30 Eur far more expensive of other Hotel stayed before and stayed in many with my dog.
