Best and safest place to spend time with your loved ones
Pros:

Everything is perfect. Especially birender ji at reception is a very kind human being, I have been to this hotel for 3-4 times before. Birender ji always welcomes us like family. I love the staff, vibes, ambience, food, rooms, everything

Very good hotel and ideal location if you have your car.
Pros:

The cleanliness and arrangement.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little stuffy, possibly due to a malfunction in the exhaust system. In Indian setting we tend to refill bottles, so the arrangement of RO-supply in every floor could be useful.

Good room with good facilities. Common areas left a lot to be desired.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but options were quite limited. The staff was very good & offering best possible options. They also offered freshly prepared dishes.

Pros:

The staff was good. Special thanks to sheetal in the restaurant and the chef. We requested some food without spices and we got the food but then it wasn't at par. But as soon as we asked Ms. Sheetal took an extra effort and helped us to get fresh food as we wanted and the chef specially came to us. It was an amazing gesture.

The property is a little old many things were under construction.

I don’t like the Property what I pay. I left one day before.
Pros:

Room have very bad smell under the bedsheet mattress. Have the very funny smell.
Staff was not friendly. They don’t want the credit card asking, phonePe or cash, too much time waste after they take the credit card.
