Soggiorno perfetto!!
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto!! E un plauso particolare alla gentilezza del personale!!!

Cons:

Volevo solo suggerire ad una colazione comunque perfetta la possibilità di aggiungere un corner con prodotti tipicamente siciliano ( cannoli cassatine ecc) .

Amazing hotel. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Absolutely amazing hotel in such a great location. Pool is seriously beautiful with great pool bar service. The breakfast and lunches we had were delicious, rooms lovely and the hotel staff were all absolutely incredible! They were so kind when we were a little stressed due to flights cancellations. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

When my luggage was lost in transit, Gioacchino and the front desk team went above and beyond — sorting toiletries, daily check-ins, dinner recommendations, and even a breakfast basket and cappuccino for my 4:30 AM checkout. Truly caring, five-star hospitality that made my time in Taormina relaxing and memorable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel, but transparency regarding additional charges could be improved.

Beautiful property with stunning gardens and views. The hotel has an elegant atmosphere, the room was comfortable, and the location is excellent.

Cons:

During lunch, a 15% service charge was added to the bill without being explained or requested in advance. I asked for it to be removed, and it was removed, but I believe guests should always be clearly informed about any additional charges before they are applied. This affected the overall experience.

Very relaxing and I would love to return to this hotel again
Pros:

Great location ,well maintained excellent service. The staff in the breakfast room and in the pool bar and at reception were amazing .The hotel was very clean.

Herşeyiyle efsane tek kelime buraya yeterli bence şahane bir ortam rahat çalışanlar güleryüzlü keşke daha uzun kalsaydık dediğim yer yine gidersem aynı oteli tercih ederim merkeze yürüme mesafesi cennet gibi

Otoparkı ücretsiz tercih ederdim 60 euro gecelik otopark ücreti olması biraz üzdü ama ön bilgilendirmeyi zaten yapıyorlar.
