Our Sicilian Paradise
Pros:

The Hotel Ashbee is one of those locations where you could just stay at the hotel and enjoy everything. The location is perfect for exploring Taormina being a three minute walk to the main thoroughfare. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated with a large terrace to relax on and have a cool drink in the shade of the garden. The breakfast is all you could ask for down to the kitchen baking fresh pastries on request. The pool area has a postcard image of the beach and coast from its elevated position. Floating around in the infinite pool looking at the view is spectacular. Another highlight is the Ashbee Hotel’s restaurant, St. George by Heinz Beck. During our travels around Italy so far we have eaten at approximately fifteen Michelin rated restaurants from Osteria Francescana in Modena, Uliassi in Senigallia and and Cortile Spirito Santo in Ortigia. St. George by Heinz Beck is one of the best restaurants we have eaten at on this holiday and possibly ever. It takes a lot of hard work by the chefs in the kitchen and the staff on the floor to make this dining experience so effortless and thoroughly enjoyable. The food taste, plating, service, salt menu, water menu, wine menu were exceptional. Together with the terrace setting overlooking the coast line this is a must visit restaurant for food and wine lovers. The Ashbee Hotel is a beautiful hotel for everything it offers and what makes it even more special are the staff. I appreciate that it is their job in hospitality but everyone we met and interacted with at the Ashbee Hotel were professional, helpful and engagingly friendly. My wife and I have been fortunate to be able to travel around the world staying at beautiful hotels but the staff at the Ashbee Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful and memorable. Special thanks to Denise, Elisea and Ivana who looked after us so well. Thank you all so much. We hope to see you all again.

Beatiful stay in Taormina
Pros:

Everything:
Beautiful boutique hotel, one of the most beautiful we stayed in.
Unique design and great location. Professional and friendly staff.
Rooms and breakfast were perfect.
The pool is amazing with unmatched views.
We will come again.

Loved it!
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location. It wasn't like staying in a hotel, it was like being a visitor at someone's home. Very quiet and private. Service was wonderful. Great breakfast. Highly recommend!

Pros:

Todo muy bien, excelente atencion y servicio. Todo el personal muy preocupado y atentos. Las piezas muy buenas, grandes y luminosas. Recommendable.

Cons:

Que agregaran propina a la cuenta cuando uno hace el check out, si se pide la sacan, pero me parece de mal gusto y poco profesional. Creo que esto responde a una deformacion de los Estadounidenses que creen que todo funciona mejor si se reparte dinero por cualquier cosa.

A Divine Hotel in a Magical City
Pros:

One of the most special Hotels we have stayed at in one of the most beautiful cities in our travels thus far. The Ashbee surpassed our expectations. From the staff to the accommodations. From the views of the Mediterranean, hillside and Main Land- to the pool, dining rooms, both upstairs and ground level and library. All timeless.
It is located at the beginning of the city. Quietly located behind magical gates. We will be back if ever in Taormina again.

Pros:

What a phenominal experience we had at the Ashbee Hotel in Taormina, Sicily, this month! The property was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, offered many ways to relax and enjoy the moment, and the service was exceptional! Our dinner at St. George restaurant far exceeded our expectations - the Chef and his team modified my entire meal to meet my medical restrictions, so I was able to enjoy every one of the tastings! (His team called me a couple of times during the day to double-check what I could and could not eat to make sure there were no issues during my dining experience. Bravo!) Such a great experience at this 2-star Michelin restaurant!! So grateful for being pampered during our stay!
