Prima hotel, netjes en schoon, vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Fijn hotel. Grote kamer (familiekamer). Wat gedateerd. Maar netjes en schoon. Vriendelijk personeel. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Gefallen hat die Austattung im Speiseraum

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat die Zimmereinrichtung.Insbesondere waren die Betten total durchgelegen.
Nicht gefallen hat das die Zimmer auch trotz Aufforderung nicht richtig gereinigt wurden.
Nicht gefallen hat das Reklamationen auch nach 6 Tagen nicht abgestellt waren.
Nicht gefallen hat das das Personal an der Rezeption nur Englisch gesprochen hat.
Nicht gefallen hat das es jeden Morgen zum Frühstück immer das gleiche gab.

Die Lage des Hotels.

Cons:

Der Service sprach überhaupt kein Deutsch. An der Rezeption war die Person etwas überfordert. (war warscheinlich eine auszubilden). Ihr wurde aber auch nicht wirklich geholfen.

Genoten, gastvrij, een warm en knus hotel.
Pros:

Het is een leuk, warm en gezellig hotel in een fijne omgeving. We hebben heerlijk geslapen en ontbeten!
Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De parkeerplaats was vol dus we moesten toch naar een andere locatie.
Kamer 217 ligt aan de parkeerplaats, ‘s morgens vroeg word je wakker van het knarsende grind.
Het bad is hoog, best een linke in- en uitstap als je niet goed ter been bent.
De kamer was comfortabel maar de afwerking ( verf, hout, plinten) was slordig.
Doet niet af aan ons plezier, we komen terug!

Waardeloos, hotel dient volledig gerenoveerd te worden

Dit hotel is de afgelopen jaren steeds verder afgegleden naar een nul-sterrenhotel.

Cons:

Toen ik in de avond aankwam en wilde inchecken was de receptie onbemand. Het duurde meer dan een kwartier voordat de twee personeelsleden die er blijkbaar nog waren, terugkwamen bij de receptie. Personeel was nog onbeschoft ook. Op de kamer aangekomen stond de CV vol te loeien en was het 24 graden op de kamer. De CV thermostaatkraan stond op uit maar werkte dus niet goed. De bedden waren niet opgemaakt en van de twee bedden was er 1 duidelijk beslapen aan het onderlaken te zien. Ik ben teruggegaan naar de receptie, die na 2300 uur blijkbaar totaal onbemand was.
De volgende ochtend geklaagd bij de dame die dagdienst op de receptie had, maar die kwam niet verder dan “ik zal het doorgeven aan de technische dienst en de manager”

wij verbleven daar voor een internationale wedstrijd trampoline
Pros:

familiekamer was supergroot, ik verbleef er met met 3 gymnasten. Badkamer heeft een opfrissing nodig, maar was proper.
Ontbijt was super lekker. Het was een heel mooie locatie met heel wat restaurantjes verderop.

Cons:

er viel niets tegen.
