La ubicación, la vista de la habitación. Nos dieron una habitación en el ala nueva del hotel, todo el mobiliario y la decoración a extrenar.

Cons:

EL agua de la ducha quedaba estancada y costaba que bajar dejando el baño inundado. Hicimos la observacion y quedaron en solventarlo pero el problema se mantuvo los siguientes días.

L unica cosa è che le pareti delle stanze permettono di sentire praticamente ogni cosa....da capire se solo nella mia...

Découverte de cet établissement suite à une annulation de vol. Très beau séjour sur 3 nuits, un très bel accueil de toute l'équipe. Superbe chambre tout confort 👌 très bien situé sur Funchal.
Établissement accueillant, très bien tenu. Mention à la terrasse 360° et son restaurant avec une vue superbe.

the breakfast was a bit disappointing. Well done for catering for all European tastes, but I felt the fruit salad (delicious) could have been in smaller chunks, and the pastries could have been better.

Localização top para visitar o funchal e muito facilmente aceder à via rápida para visitar parte da ilha. O pequeno almoço era bom em sala com vista panorâmica. Dica: mesmo junto ao hotel ha parque de estacionamento (Santa Luzia) que ronda os 5 Eur/dia. Bastante aceitável. Uma dica preciosa facultada na recepção do hotel. Obrigado!

O quarto inicial mostrava muitos sinais de uso. Falei com a recepção e foram impecáveis, fizeram upgrade para um com pequeno terraço, mais espaçoso. Foi uma atenção que fez toda a diferença. Obrigado!
