Generality was a good hotel. What I didn't like was that we had to pay extra for the wellness, 40 euros per person for 1 hour. And 30 euros per day for parking in the garage. After paying 2000 euros for 2 people for 4 nights, I think the wellness could have been free.

Pros:

Muy buen desayuno, amabilidad del personal, bien preparados los tragos del bar. En general muy confortable.

Cons:

Podrían considerar tener una balanza mediana para pesar el equipaje. Y a pesar de ser fanáticos de Lionel Messi , el restaurante El Hincha debería mejorar la cocina y el menú acorde al mejor jugador de todos los tiempos.

Breakfast is excellent, lots of options
Room was good, but bathroom needs to have a door to separate bathtub from wc, it will be more functional.
Location is great, very convenient specially if you travel with kids that likes to go to the gallery.

Cons:

The sofa bed wasn’t confortable to sleep, the closet in the upper room is very small.

o cafe da manha é muito bom, com variedade e qualidade.
musica à tarde no hall principal é muito agradavel.

Cons:

Nao gostamos do jantar no buffet. Caro e com opçoes limitadas no dia que fomos.
Atendimento no cafe da manha foi lento quase a semana inteira, principalmente para recebernos na entrada. Parecia ter problemas devido à falta de pessoal

Superb quality, very comfortable and best amenities in Baqueira including the pool, the ski lockers (each had individual boot dryers) and the shower facilities after checkout. Small freebies on the rooms made a great impression, thank you for not charging extra for quality, bottled water. The service and friendliness of the staff was appreciated

Cons:

The sound insulation between the rooms and hallway was not very good. This hotel has no secrets:)
