El restaurant colapsa fácil y la atención falla.
El personal muy amable
En la cabaña los ventanales no cierran y por lo tanto se cuela el frío en la noche y es vulnerable en el día

A great stay
Pros:

This place was amazing. I stayed in one of the private rooms, and it was of a great hotel standard. Nice and quiet, and a beautiful surf break nearby. The staff are really helpful, and the hot tub and salt tubs are great to unwind.

Séjour à Punta de Lobos
Pros:

L'hôtel est très joli dans un endroit paisible, parfait pour se ressourcer. Nous avons malheureusement eu des pannes de courant et des fuites d'eau dans la salle de bain que nous avons reportées au personnel de l'hôtel qui n'a pas semblé particulièrement embarassé du dérangement causé à leurs hôtes. Pour un hotel à ce prix, je m'attendais à plus de service à la clientèle. Le cadre est joli mais loin de la ville et donc des restaurants; la route pour y accéder est caillouteuse et pénible pour les petites voitures.
