Pros:

​Overall a nice stay, but a few room & maintenance issues

​We recently stayed at citizenM and overall enjoyed our experience. The room itself was nice and comfortable, and the bar/lounge area was a fantastic space to unwind—very relaxing and welcoming.

​However, there were a few issues during our stay that marred the experience slightly:

​Shower head leaking: The shower head leaked continuously while in use.

​Stained bedding: The bed sheets had noticeable stains on them.

​Lighting glitches: The room lighting was quite temperamental and flickered/came on intermittently.

​Housekeeping interruptions: We had booked a late check-out, but housekeepers knocked/interrupted us twice before our scheduled check-out time.

​We really appreciate the concept and comfort of citizenM, but hopefully these minor maintenance and communication details can be addressed for future guests.

Quirky, fun, comfortable and pleasant. I will be back.
Pros:

It was very easy to check in and check out. The location is absolutely perfect and very central, so you are surrounded by what you need. I love the room features off the citizen m pad (good touch). The reception smells amazing, and I know it must always smells like this because I was with you earlier in the year and it smelt the same. The bed is extremely comfortable. An extra shout out to the breakfast staff on the morning of the 24th of October who were on the main desk at breakfast. Very helpful and very pleasant, approachable people.

Good base to explore Glasgow and Scotland
Pros:

Location is great, few mins walk from main bus station and in the city centre.
Comfy bed

Cons:

Rooms are new although bathroom feels already mouldy

Pros:

The staff was mostly exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was a technical problem with the air conditioning in my room, and they moved me to a different room very quickly.

Cons:

The fact that you can't open the windows or switch off the air conditioning.

Room was fantastic, great location in town as well, very efficient checking in/checking out system. Staff were absolutely phenomenal as well, lovely spaces to chill outside the room as well, the canteen too !! Fantastic stay overall, thank you, we will definitely be back :)

Cosy and very central for going out in Glasgow
Pros:

Room was small but very comfortable and modern.
Bed was very big and the shower was clean and had great pressure.
The breakfast was excellent

Cons:

We didnt really use the TV but the channels didnt load properly but we were able to connect our phones to it to play things on the TV while we got ready to go out

bathroom was well equipped, clean, and mold free.

Cons:

Power switches were confusing, the i-pad that also operated all power switches was not charged and would not charge. (A new charge cord was eventually provided.) An unidentified reset switch was immediately next to the main power switch for the room and was accidentally pushed, causing emergency contact.

Cons:

The shower head was permanently on with the rainfall head rather than one or the other so my partner struggled to shower and not get her hair wet
