Colourful deco. Within short walking distance to bus stop and buchanan bus station. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Room is comfy and high tech.
Have to wait quite a while for lift as one lift is not operating.

Can’t open windows so ventilation stays on all night, was coming on for 1 minute, then off for 1 minute in that cycle all night and sounded like a plane taking off, awful sleep because of it.

Great breakfast, but expensive.
The staff was really helpful. We laughed a lot about how I spent $200 on clothes and then my luggage arrived 3 days after I did. They were watching out for it.
Very comfortable bed - how do I get one just like it?
Never could completely figure out the ipad controls. Slept with the bathroom light on because couldn't figure out how to turn all lights except the reading light. Wanted to completely open the retracting blinds and open the louvers so we could get some light in without anyone being able to see. Found the room quite stuffy but the staff brought us a fan that we used 24/ 7. Need a good reading light on each side of the bed.

The location is very convenient for a quick overnight stay. The bed was clean and the shower was amazing.
The price is cheap and it's hard to pass up the monetary value.
The main elevator (something referenced in previous reviews going back months) is still out of order, which means there is only one elevator for the entire hotel. This caused backups and frustration for guests starting on higher floors.
The air conditioner did not work in my room. I only stayed one night so it was bearable, but that is a problem when the weather starts warming up (there's no way to open a window).
The rooms are starting to show physical wear and tear. Still kept clean, but it's easy to tell it's been a few years since they were renovated.
Comfy bed, quick check-in, excellent communal facilities.
Tv would not sync with iPad which controls tv. Also could not cast from phone even although it was an option. Also could not find glasses for water.
