Location was perfect for my trip

Cons:

Sink in same room as sleeping instead of bathroom. 1 single socket next to bed instead of a double. No separate USB sockets.

Our stay was nice and the location was fantastic. Would I stay again, probably not.
Pros:

I liked the location and the staff were very helpful. The decor was lovely and the bar area was warm and friendly.

Cons:

I thought the rooms were small and overly priced. The facilities in the room were very basic. There was only one lift working which was an issue in the morning at check out as the we had to wait quite a while.

Mediocre - not worth the money, not four stars
Pros:

Comfortable beds

Cons:

The room was stuffy, the bathroom is just a frosted glass pod. There’s no water or glasses in the rooms. the air con didn’t work properly, the iPad for the controls kept running out of battery. Overall the place seemed a bit dated. It’s not a four star experience

Pros:

Everything was great- the building,design, comfort, friendly team, food, location. The only suggestion would be to have a non slip shower mat.
