You get what you pay for
Pros:

Good location within walking distance of Hanga Roa beaches, restaurants, main street.

Wi-Fi/Internet was only in the common area, but that was expected and it was performing well.

Cons:

Although it sounds negative, my overall stay was in line with expectations for an economic hotel.

Older hotel past his glory days. Walls in need of a fresh coat of paint, broken ceramic tiles. Hot water not always present in room. There is no AC, but since the nights are always nice it is not really required if you sleep with the window open.

The breakfast is lacking variety in choices and is always the same every day.

What I was not expecting is difficulty to find staff (front desk manned very randomly), not a lot of support for touring also for such a large hotel. I strongly recommend to have arranged your tours prior to arrival.

Absolutamente un desastre en todos los aspectos. Limpieza, comodidad todo mal. Sin televisión. No wifi viejo y desastre

La atención del personal de ir fueron muy amables y resolutivos en todo momento. Además te trasladan al aeropuerto dándote la bienvenida.
El desayuno es muy bueno también y está incluido en el precio.

Nada!

Cons:

Pésimo, insalubre, no es lo que se ve en las fotografías. Lleno de cucarachas, telas de araña, pelos de otros viajeros. Las toallas asquerosas.
Nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel.

Eramos 12 adultos que estuvimos 2 noches en este hotel. Nos gusto todo: la ubicacion tan cerca de Pacifico, lugar muy relajante, limpio y el personal del hotel es muy atento y amable. Pronto regresaremos. Muchisimas gracias por todo.
