Pros:

It is a nice hotel building. The rooms are sized properly.

Cons:

The breakfast has some potential. Serving breakfast till 10 AM does not mean to have everything empty at 9.30.
The attitude of the lady in charge was below acceptable.

Unique location with lovely surroundings. Good breakfast, not such great beds.
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

The bed's mattress was not great unfortunately, the springs were stiff & poked me when I was lying on my side.

Pros:

La facilité de parking, le petit déjeuner, la terrasse, la proximité avec le départ du Waterbus

Cons:

Notre chambre au 3eme étage avec accès limité à l'ascenseur. Nous devions nous arrêter au 2eme puis monter des marches avec notre valise, puis en redescendre avant d'arriver à notre chambre. La chambre est grande mais c'est juste le plafond qui est haut. Il a pourtant même une pente très près du bord de lit, c'est à dire que lorsqu'on sort du côté droit on se cogne la tête. Il n'y a pas de rideaux occultants donc il ne fait pas noir dans la chambre.

Good when attending a concert
Pros:

The Staff at the Reception and at the breakfast buffet was all nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good, but the same everyday. The hotel has charm.
Parking was available and cheap dir Brussels

Cons:

Internet was bad! The room was not clean enough and the amenities were not replenish.
The ventilation was not enough to cool the room.
The fridge doesn't cool.

die Lage, das freundliche Personal, das Frühstück und die gute Verbindung vom Bahnhof Vilvoorde nach Bruxelles central . Eine Oase nach einem lauten und stressigen Tag in Bruxelles!
