Important information:

In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants.

Therefore, no swimwear, flip flops, sleeveless shirts or sportswear are allowed.

Gentlemen are also asked to wear long trousers or smart shorts for dinner.

In order to make the Gala Dinners on December 25 and 31 a memorable occasion for everyone, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear elegant long trousers and a jacket or a tie.

One child up to 11 years old can stay for free with 2 adults. Children under 2 years old are accommodated in a cot and older children in existing beds.

A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 December.

Please note WiFi is only available at reception.

Cribs are subject to availability.

Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded under any circumstances, even when adding a crib.

Buen hotel para viajar en familia

Es un hotel muy grande y muy bonito. Hay una gran variedad de actividades que se pueden hacer (aunque nosotros fuimos en temporada baja y estaba funcionando todo a medio gas). El complejo es
Muy grande y nos dio la sensación de que aunque hubiese mucha más gente, no daría sensación de agobio.
La habitación es amplia y está todo muy limpio.
Las vistas son muy bonitas.
La terraza del restaurante del desayuno es una maravilla.
Es un buen hotel para ir en familia.

Cons:

El café del desayuno es muy muy mediocre, y creo que para un hotel de esta categoría deberían servirtelo en la mesa.
El primer día preguntamos si nos podíamos dar en la cena leche para la bebé y calentárnosla, y nos dijo el camarero que no podía porque la máquina de café estaba apagada (cuando resulta que había briks de leche y un microondas, nos dimos cuenta al día siguiente).
Hay dos tostadoras en ese salón tan grande para todo el desayuno.
La calidad de la comida podría ser mejor… pero al menos era variada cada noche, lo cual se agradece.
Hay que tener en cuenta que en hotel está abajo de un acantilado (precioso), pero hacer llegar a él un poco tedioso. Está bastante a desmano para visitar diferentes zonas de la isla. Aunque a nosotros no nos importó y contábamos con ello. Es lo que tiene La Palma.

Paraíso en La Palma
Pros:

Instalaciones. Aunque esté ubicado en el extremo sur de la isla, es una zona que por su situación siempre tiene buen tiempo. Un pequeño paraíso. El gimnasio de 10. La piscina de 10.

Para repetir!!!
Pros:

Las zonas de piscina, que haya una climatizada es maravilloso y la que tiene arena de playa sorprendente. La comida fabulosa y algo a destacar la amabilidad del personal. Los atardeceres desde el hotel son unicos

Cons:

La unica pega que puedo poner es que me sirvieron el peor mojito que he tomado en mi vida. Creo que la camarera que lo preparo no tenia ni idea de como hacerlo

Die Anlage war sehr schön und auch recht ruhig obwohl es eine sehr große Anlage ist. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Auch genügend Parkplätze für alle Gäste. Mein Kind fand die gaming Halle besonders cool

Das Abendessen war meistens schon eher kalt,obwohl wir recht früh gegangen sind.

Very nice hotel, plenty of space, choice of eateries, the spa which is reasonably priced and the sea front location was lovely.

Cons:

If you don't have a hire car it is difficult to get around, it is a remote location.

Massa hotel met veel verbeter punten
Pros:

Het uitzicht op de oceaan

Cons:

Personeel onvriendelijk en kortaf, je voelt je niet echt welkom. Efficiëntie om zoveel mogelijk mensen in restaurant te ontvangen kwam erg gehaast over. Gelukkig waren er ook vriendelijke mensen in de bediening (met name aan tafel)
