Important information:

In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants.

Therefore, no swimwear, flip flops, sleeveless shirts or sportswear are allowed.

Gentlemen are also asked to wear long trousers or smart shorts for dinner.

In order to make the Gala Dinners on December 25 and 31 a memorable occasion for everyone, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear elegant long trousers and a jacket or a tie.

One child up to 11 years old can stay for free with 2 adults. Children under 2 years old are accommodated in a cot and older children in existing beds.

A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 December.

Please note WiFi is only available at reception.

Cribs are subject to availability.

Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded under any circumstances, even when adding a crib.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Excelente
Pros:

Es un lugar muy bonito, con muchas actividades para disfrutar, y el área de las piscinas fenomenal. La comida es muy buena y cada día el buffet prepara una temática de diferentes comidas.

Cons:

Podrían cambiar las almohadas por unas mas cómodas.

La zona de la piscina y los animadores

Cons:

La habitación, es muy vieja, la cama es de muelles y muy incomoda, la cama adicional para la niña era un sofa cama con un colchon de unos 5cm de grueso, imposible dormir alli, tuvo que dormir con nosotros. El wc huele a pipi, en general la habitación huele bastante mal. Todo está pensado para el todo incluido y si tienes media pensión no tienes opción de comer, solo una hamburguesa en la piscina. Si te pides una cerveza te ponen la misma que el todo incluido y te cobrani 4€. En general creo que falta una buena reforma y más servicios. No es un hotel para volver.

Pros:

Las instalaciones y la suite eran muy espaciosas, las piscinas súper grandes y con muchas tumbonas. La comida muy variada y temática, el equipo de animación estaban muy pendientes de cada persona, el personal de limpieza estuvieron en cada detalle y el metre muy atento a nuestra petición de estar un poco más alejado de las otras mesas, la recepción estuvo muy amable y hasta nos permitieron quedarnos 3 horas más después del check out.
Nos quedamos muy contentos!!!

Cons:

No es recomendable para personas de movilidad reducida ya que es muy grande el hotel. También q después del check out ya no te permiten utilizar las instalaciones a menos q pagues un plus.

Der Außenbereich ist in die Jahre gekommen und könnte einen frischen Anstrich vertragen. Rauchen auf dem eigenen Balkon ist nicht gestattet.

Herrlich ruhige Lage, sehr sauber. Personal war sehr freundlich. Ausreichend Liegen an den Pools. Essen war sehr gut, das Restaurant war nie überlaufen.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

I keep returning to Esencia and it never ever disappoints. There isn’t one single thing I can say against this hotel. The service, the staff who can’t do enough for you, the beautiful room, pools and gardens and the amazing food and restaurant staff who were so kind and did everything to make sure my experience was special. Even when I was struggling with a suitcase, a member of staff asked if Inwould like a lift up the hill which was appreciated. It is one of my favourite places to visit and I will continue booking my holiday at Esencia.thankbyou for a wonderful holiday.

Fantastic can’t recommend enough!
Pros:

A fantastic resort and accommodation. The hotel complex caters for everything you need and the staff and team are exceptional for all ages. Plenty to do for adults and kids through the day and night. I cannot recommend highly enough and like a lot of guests I spoke to I expect we will likely visit again as many were repeat visitors!

Great family holiday.
Pros:

We had a lovely week holiday here, this is our second time visiting which is rare for us to return to the same place twice but it has everything we needed, the hotel is lovely and clean, there is a good variety of food and the pools and views are fantastic.
The animation / kids club team is great. Plenty of activities during the day and into the evening for adults and children, thank you to Ratz and the animation team for always being brilliant with the family. We have booked to return again in December ☺️

Pros:

Only thing that let it down for me is round the pool area it was dangerous very slippy espesilty around the pool bar and some of the walk ways were in need of repair

Brilliant holiday
