Important information:

In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants.

Therefore, no swimwear, flip flops, sleeveless shirts or sportswear are allowed.

Gentlemen are also asked to wear long trousers or smart shorts for dinner.

In order to make the Gala Dinners on December 25 and 31 a memorable occasion for everyone, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear elegant long trousers and a jacket or a tie.

One child up to 11 years old can stay for free with 2 adults. Children under 2 years old are accommodated in a cot and older children in existing beds.

A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 December.

Please note WiFi is only available at reception.

Cribs are subject to availability.

Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded under any circumstances, even when adding a crib.

Lo bueno y lo malo
Pros:

La zona sur y la situación no están mal. Las comidas estaban bien, actividades también..

Cons:

Si tengo que poner algo irregular y si se lo hice saber al hotel, es que por las mañanas el baño tiene algo de gases malolientes, no todos los días se barrió las habitaciones.. pero por lo general todo bien..

Comentar que en la cena se tiene que tener cuidado con la comanda que te dan para las bebidas, ya que si no coges las del buffet y directamente desde que te sientas en la mesa te preguntan que vas a beber y si les pides tienen que pagar la bebida. Así que tienes que decir que coges la del buffet..

Pros:

L'amabilité du personnel, la propreté et le confort de la chambre, la décoration soignée des lieux, variété et qualité des repas

Cons:

Le spa : pour 15€ par personne pour une heure, l'eau était froide partout, le hammam tiède, sauna non chaud, nous sommes partis au bout de 30 minutes
Du côté Essencia, dans la zone détente, le hammam était hors service la plupart du temps.
Deux restaurants sur 4 étaient fermés
Pour les activités : pas de vélo, le terrain de tennis et de paddle accessibles moyennant des frais supplémentaires
Les cocktails à volonté n'étaient vraiment pas de qualité. Ils n'étaient pas du tout fidèles au descriptif de la carte des boissons

Piacevole soprattutto per la struttura.
Pros:

La posizione della struttura, gli ampi spazi, buoni i servizi esterni.

Cons:

Cibo in generale; dei primi non ne parliamo, frutta scarsa e poca varietà, mancano le serate a tema. Curerei di più’ la doccia con maniglione di supporto per non cadere e rinnoverei gli asciugamani che ormai sono consunti.

Ужин тоже хорошо.
Бассейн действительно теплый 28 градусов .
Виды шикарные, чисто, красивая территория.
Отель рекомендую на 100%.

Cons:

Находится очень далеко от туристических локаций, ехать примерно час и даже больше.
Но это я знала и никак не влияет на оценку самого отеля.
