Important information:

In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants.

Therefore, no swimwear, flip flops, sleeveless shirts or sportswear are allowed.

Gentlemen are also asked to wear long trousers or smart shorts for dinner.

In order to make the Gala Dinners on December 25 and 31 a memorable occasion for everyone, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear elegant long trousers and a jacket or a tie.

One child up to 11 years old can stay for free with 2 adults. Children under 2 years old are accommodated in a cot and older children in existing beds.

A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 December.

Please note WiFi is only available at reception.

Cribs are subject to availability.

Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded under any circumstances, even when adding a crib.

Obsługa, infrastruktura, czystość.

Cons:

Lokalizacja, w okolicy hotelu nic nie było, do najbiższej plaży czy sklepu trzeba było jechać autem albo autobusem.

Pros:

Buenas instalaciones. La zona de la piscina, muy tranquila y agradable, con el agua a una temperatura perfecta. La habitación amplia y cómoda con el baño también de buen tamaño. El restaurante Origen está muy bien, con variedad y buena comida. Una muy buena estancia, para repetir.

Cons:

No es práctico el sistema de préstamo de toallas para la piscina. Solo se pueden coger y entregar en el spa, que está en el otro extremo del hotel. Pero lo peor es que el spa tiene horario de 10h a 18h. Si tienes que irte del hotel antes de las 10h, necesariamente tienes que devolver la toalla el día antes, por lo que te quedas sin ella la mitad de la tarde. En ningún hotel he visto este sistema tan poco práctico e incómodo para el cliente.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Könnte ein bißchen sauberer sein. In den Fluren sind alle Fenster schmutzig gewesen

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer war völlig vereist. So mit hat er auch nicht wirklich gekühlt. Wir hatten all inklusive gebucht. Für einen Kaffee aus der Tasse aus der Maschine mussten wir 1.70 extra bezahlen. Der Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten im Papbecherwar inclusive., aber nicht lecker. Gerade nach dem Abendessen.

I can’t tell because we were not allowed in

Cons:

We were turned away because we did not want to wear plastic wrist bands 24 hours a day. The rule is that you’re not allowed to take them off and if you lose them you have to report immediately. The tragic part is, that according to the website that’s only obligatory for all inclusive guests, but we only booked breakfast, still the manager turned us away. A week later I tried to book again stating my point, but the hotel did not replay at all

Me ha gustado lo bonito y cuidado que está todo.
En general los camareros muy simpáticos y chicos del servicio de habitaciones

Cons:

El mobiliario de las habitaciones es muy antiguo.
Nos entró una cucaracha de fuera el primer día que se metió detrás del cabezal de la cama y nos pasamos durmiendo todos los días en los pies, con la cama separada del mismo .aunque vinieron varias veces no nos sentimos seguras.
A la hora de tomarte algo no ponen ni siquiera unos tristes cacahuetes. Estaría bien que pusieran algo para picar.
