Important information:

In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants.

Therefore, no swimwear, flip flops, sleeveless shirts or sportswear are allowed.

Gentlemen are also asked to wear long trousers or smart shorts for dinner.

In order to make the Gala Dinners on December 25 and 31 a memorable occasion for everyone, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear elegant long trousers and a jacket or a tie.

One child up to 11 years old can stay for free with 2 adults. Children under 2 years old are accommodated in a cot and older children in existing beds.

A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 December.

Please note WiFi is only available at reception.

Cribs are subject to availability.

Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded under any circumstances, even when adding a crib.

Pros:

Le lit était confortable, la chambre grande et les infrastructures sont bien avec une piscine chauffée et toujours de la place pour trouver un transat. Beaucoup d’animation au fil de la journée et programme disponible, l’encadrement des enfants est bien.

Cons:

Le buffet : assez répétitif et pas beaucoup de choix, surtout dans les alternatives sans porc ou même végétarienne. Les cocktails fait maison ne sont pas inclu dans le all inclusive, mais dans le premium, ce qui est un peu dommage. Le snack bar propose toujours les mêmes choix.
Hygiène : surtout au niveau du ménage de la chambre et de la vaisselle. Les goblets en plastique sentent parfois ce qui a été mis avant dedans (surtout l’alcool) et les assiettes/couverts/verres ne sont pas toujours propres, soit avec des restes de nourritures soit des taches.

Bastante decepcionado con las expectativas que tenía

Me gustó las instalaciones de las piscinas y gimnasio.

Cons:

No me gustó las habitaciones muy clásicas y muebles muy antiguos, colchones y almohadas muy mal.

La comida estándar, muy poco elaborada, muy repetida.

Un camarero me dijo que me cambiara la blusa por llevar manga hueca en la cena.

En general correcto las instalaciones pero bastante deterioro.

Mi hijo en la piscina de los niños terminó todo herido por qué raspaba el grasitti.

Limpieza y mantenimiento en general. Precio alto para lo que ofrece.
Si no vas a los buffets del hotel, no hay un sólo sitio que te ofrezca algo de comer, sólo bebidas.
Es un hotel grande y no tiene, ni aparcamiento suficiente ni adecuado. Sin ascensores hasta las habitaciones, muy incómodo..

Für eine Woche sehr schön.
Pros:

Die Lage und trotz der Größe eine schöne Aufteilung der Zimmer.
Nur 2 Etagen und Zimmer mit Meerblick.

Cons:

Leider war nur das Buffetrestaurante geöffnet. Den Platzanweiser fehlte leider etwas Fingerspitzengefühl und ein😊.
