El servicio, habitaciones y seguridad
muy cómo en general, pero la tina, muy descuidada y las puertas de la tina también, la regadera muy incómoda. en sí solo esa parte estuvo muy extraña. la limpieza todo muy bien, fui con mi perrito y muy espaciosas, reservé la habitación grande, de esas que son 2 conectadas y lo bueno que estuvo en planta baja. el jardín muy hermoso y la comida del restaurante, desayunamos ahí y todo rico
solo con la tina y la regadera que están muy incómodas y les falta mejorar el mantenimiento en esa tina con regadera

En la limpieza de una de nuestras habitaciones, cuando regresamos la encontramos abierta
Las instalaciones están limpias y cómodas, la comida del restaurante muy rica.
El personal es muy amable, sin embargo a la hora del check up sentimos la presión para hacerlo muy puntual, unos apenas estábamos llevando las cosas a los vehículos, e incluso mi familia estaba terminando de almorzar en el restaurante del mismo hotel y solo pedíamos 10 min de tolerancia, que en otros hoteles hasta media hora hay. Entiendo que son políticas de la empresa pero bueno tener esa precaución en los tiempos porque nos decían que si no eramos puntuales nos cobrarían lo correspondiente. Otro tema importante es que son muy específicos en que no se hacen cargo por tu vehículo aún estando en las instalaciones del hotel, y en las habitaciones también dicen que cualquier objeto de valor que no sea resguardado tanto en la caja de seguridad de la habitación o en recepción ellos no se hacen responsable, eso en lo particular me generó desconfianza de dejar mis cosas en la habitación como si fuera muy facil de que alguien ajeno accediera. Pero bueno dejando de lado esos temas se descansa bien.
El desayuno estuvo muy bien...!!!
La regadera del baño... No suelta el agua el forma uniforme... El chorro de agua es muy disparejo.
Además, hacen falta cortinas tanto transparentes como opacas.
Reservamos una habitación más grande, la cancelaron y nos dieron una en la que quedamos sin espacio libre. Desde las 7 de la mañana se oían conversaciones de la recepción y de las afanadoras lo que impedía que pudiéramos dormir.
The gardens are beautiful
This hotel is far from being a 4-star hotel.
When we arrived at our room, the bed linen was stained and with hairs. The ceiling fan was full of dust. We requested a room change. They moved us to a different room, which the drainage of the shower was blocked, and after 2 minutes shower, the whole bathroom was flooded.
They forced me to sign a document that said that they aren't responsible for any damage or if someone steal your car in their property, and one of the reasons why we chose that place was for the parking on the premises.
It was really disappointing experience, I don't recommend this place.
