La piscina, la Ubicación, y el trato del personal

El hotel le falta mantenimiento, la cama rechinaba, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba y hacía mucho ruido. En la segunda noche, se quemó el bombillo de mi habitación, le dije a la muchacha de la recepción de que no teníamos Luz y no hizo nada al respecto, la comida en el restaurante es muy cara, en el desayuno no había muchas opciones de comidas, el sanitario cuando bajaba la palanca hacia ruido toda la noche, La termoducha tardaba mucho en calentar, las sombrillas en el área de piscina estaban rotas y las lámparas de piscina estaban dañadas, le falta más iluminación a la piscina, En el restaurante tardaban mucho en servir la comida, esperé 30 minutos para que el mesero sirviera nuestro pedido. A mi mamá le querían cobrar en el restaurante 10 dólares por calentar una caja con comida que se compró en otro lugar, por suerte esa persona fue amable y nos hizo el favor de Calentarlo. Otro detalle a mencionar es que la iluminación de la habitación era pésima, no piensan en las personas con discapacidad visual,En mi humilde opinión, Casa Roland Resort debe de mejorar en Mantenimiento y en precios

Superior Suite mit Blick auf eine Betonmauer. Das Zimmer war abgewohnt, vermutlich Jahrzehnte nicht renoviert außer der Klimaanlage. Die war neu, die alte ließ man dreckig an der Nebenwand einfach hängen.
Der Poolbereich ist eine Katastrophe. Die Liegen und Sonnenschirme alle kaputt, dreckig und nass, völlig unbrauchbar.
Beim Frühstück hat sich das Personal ohne Rücksicht auf die Gäste selbst bedient. Die Auswahl war extrem spärlich.
$250 für eine Nacht, unglaublich.

Excelente estadía.
Pros:

Nos hicieron sentir muy bien, desde que llegamos Kristel nos recibió con una amplia sonrisa. La habitación muy cómoda. Nos gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel. El desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

Facilities needs just a little maintenance, and the pillows were too big and a little hard. Food was delicious but it run out and took a while to fill it out again.
