La habitación estaba limpia. Los únicos pequeños inconvenientes que yo diría son el escándalo del humidificador el cual apagué para poder dormir. También la ducha tiene su truco para poder regular bien la temperatura del agua y no quemarse. Quiero agregar también tuve problemas con el control del AC pero resolvieron fácil y rápido. Conclusión es que aunque tuve esos pequeños problemas, igual volvería si tuviera que ir a Golfito de nuevo.
Buen servicio
The air conditioning was great, my room had hot water, and breakfast was hearty and filling. My only complaint was that my key seemed not to lock or unlock my room.
No hot water in our room, until the following day. The TV wasn’t working for some unknown reason according to the staff. Breakfast was just ok and the food at the restaurant was fair.
Would never go back.
$10 credit A DAY for food and beverage was questioned by the staff and was told $10 for the stay.
En general el hotel es una buena opcion para psar una o dos noches en la zona. Las habitaciones estan bien, hay suficiente parquep y el personal es muy amable. Como area de mejora, nos pusieron en una habitacion cerca de la bodega y entonces a altas horas de la noche y en la madrugada habia mucho sonido. Las almohadas son muy duras y solo dieran una barra de jabon.

De las peores experiencias en muchos años. Conocemos el Hotel y está súper descuidado, no hicieron ninguna atención VIP. Pagamos la habitación más cara. Faltaban paños, habían paños rotos, sin agua olía mal y el aire acondicionado malo. Decepcionante la verdad!
Seemed quite spartan. No tissues in the rooms, safes not bolted to the wall, dark hallways. However, outstanding pool, and the restaurant was cheap with excellent food.
Too short. Beautiful hotel with great staff and nice pool. Close to town and airport. Clean, convenient, quiet. 10/10
It was so-so for us. The one positive thing is that the staff is wonderful! The pictures look prettier than in reality. We had a room in the basement with only a little window with bars in them looking into so some sort of parking/garbage area. It needs significant updates. We had booked 2 nights, but only stayed 1 and left to go elsewhere. The atmosphere is not great...we found it a bit depressing and felt stuck. Maybe it's just the time of year, weather?
Great people very amiable
We were down in Golfito for some tax-free shopping. Trusted the reviews and tried Casa Roland. And so glad we did! What a treasure. And the food was amazing!
