Comfy bed, decent sized TV, lovely and friendly reception staff were so kind and helpful, nice amenities in the bathroom (shower miniatures). Great heating system in the bedroom, was nice and cosy. Didn't attend breakfast but seemed like there were good options and it was busy every morning.

Cons:

TV was old and only had terrestrial channels, felt like that could be modernised compared to other hotels.. Small things like a crack in the bedroom mirror, broken lamp and a really cold bathroom didn't feel luxurious.

The staff were very pleasant and helpfulul
Pros:

Initially we were put in a terrible room, was small , dark and dingy, but after we complained the staff moved us to a lovely room on the 2nd floor.
