The room in the basement had a strong smelly of mould and damp. Dirty room and filthy bathroom that smelled of sewage.

10/10. Couldn’t recommend more. Clean, safe, fancy, friendly, excellent service.

Friendly staff, 24/7 reception made us feel safe, lovely breakfast, once again the staff were so friendly and accommodating, I made a special request before coming to surprise my partner during our anniversary and they went above and beyond, I could not recommend this place more, great safe location near Oxford street, only a short walk away from train and bus stations. So clean and so fancy. 10/10

Cons:

My only feedback, and I don’t mean this as a complaint at all, but just something to improve. I would have really enjoyed a smart television with the ability to log onto Netflix, and also, the bathtub could do with a waterproof neck pillow or something just due to its shape.

A very good hotel that we enjoyed a lot. The location was handy and quiet & the staff was excellent.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed it very much. The location was perfect. It was very nice to have access to tea, fruit and pastries all day long. Plus, the candies and dates at the desk were divine!

We were happy to have air conditioning!

Cons:

We booked four rooms and requested and paid for king rooms with extra space. Three of the couples we were traveling with got the nice king rooms, but we did not. We were given a queen bed without an extra bed and less floor space or less square footage. The hotel was nice but we were very disappointed that we didn't get rooms like our friends and what we expected and paid for.

We were glad to have air conditioning but it didn't always keep up with staying cool enough.

Another comment would be to provide a wash cloth for your guests. A small cloth to wash your face and body with, would be very helpful. Americans are very used to having that item provided in hotel rooms. A top sheet on top of the mattress sheet and underneath the duvet would be optimal. That is another item Americans are used to having in the hotel rooms on their beds.

Veramente ottimo !
Pros:

Accoglienza. Posizione. Dimensioni. Staff gentilissimo. Super apprezzato upgrade della stanza. Caméra curata in OGNI particolare come raramente oramai accade. Molto buona la colazione.

Hatten eine schöne Zeit.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes ruhiges Zimmer im Haupttrakt. Der Room-Service, die Rezeption und der Service im Frühstücksraum waren hervorragend. Überall nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war englandtypisch und gut. Die Lage des Hotels nahe Oxford Street ist perfekt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Keine Kritik, aber: der Aussenbereich des Hotels wirkte etwas vernachlässigt.

Tæpper på gulvet i værelset. Tror ikke, der blev støvsuget, mens vi var der. Der hang støvflager i gardinerne. De dryssede ned, når vi trak for.
