Cons:

Ci sono stati prelevati come cauzione 100 sterline che non ci sono state mai restituite. Non è stata fatta una verifica al check-in nè al check-out, per cui qualsiasi affermazione di richiesta di risarcimento da parte della struttura (che peraltro a noi non è stata notificata in nessun modo) non è verificabile dal cliente. A richiesta di informazioni sui tempi di restituzione del deposito la struttura non ha mai risposto.

Overall check in and check out process was smooth.
Staff were helpful and location was good.
Room was clean.

Cons:

The shower in the washroom was broken but still was usable but it can be improved, there should be a bath mat in the washroom as it keeps on getting wet if you take bath or use the washbasin.

Pros:

Not bad, but we had to walk around from one property to another near 5m walk
But place was clean.

Cons:

We had to submit a £100 deposit and were told that the money will be in our account in three days; however, it has been 20 days and we still have not received the deposit back. I contacted them, but they said that because I purchased using a Monzo card, it takes longer, but 4 weeks for a £100 refund is a joke, and I am not satisfied!

Décevant surtout les lits
Pros:

C'est n'est pas loin du centre ville

Cons:

Les lits parce que on sens les ressorts des lits et j'ai eu mal au dos, on entend les bruits de la personne qui est dans la chambre à côté, les cartes pour ouvrir les portes elles ont des problèmes pour ouvrir les portes, il fait trop chaud en été dans les chambres.
