Pros:

I arrived past 12 midnight already due to the delayed flight. I was expecting that the room is ready since I am supposed to check in at around 4 PM. To my surprise, I've waited for more than 30 minutes for check in where there is no other guest. I was placed in out of order room where the electricity in the room is turning off every 3 minutes. The following morning I approached the supervisor on duty regarding the concern. The solution of the Supervisor, he asked me what do I want for free. Very Frustrating!

I can't sleep well because the aircon is too noisy

Cons:
