Important information:

In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants. Therefore, no swimwear, flip flops, sleeveless shirts or sportswear are allowed. Gentlemen are also asked to wear long trousers or smart shorts for dinner. In order to make the Gala Dinners on December 25 and 31 a memorable occasion for everyone, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear elegant long trousers and a jacket or a tie.

One child up to 11 years old can stay for free with 2 adults. Children under 2 years old are accommodated in a cot and older children in existing beds.

A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 December.


WiFi is available in the lobby

Cribs are subject to availability. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded under any circumstances, even when adding a crib.

You will find our lovely beach bar on Taurito Beach. It has an indoor area and a chill‑out terrace furnished with comfy sofas. The Beach Club’s drinks and snacks are free for the Hotel’s all‑inclusive guests. From midday to 3 pm, the Beach Club also serves salads, pizza, sandwiches and pasta.

All Inclusive Standard includes soft drinks, sparkling and still water, beer, sangria, cava and wine on tap from service stations. Alcohol-free beers are also available in bottles. Bottled water is not included. The alcoholic beverages are white label and the alcoholic and nonalcoholic cocktails are machine-made. All other drinks are at additional charge. You may pay at the hotel the difference for an all-inclusive Plus package to have with access to bottled drinks, smoothies and alcoholic beverages from national and international brands.
The upgrade must be booked for all adult occupants of the room for the duration of the stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

La ubicación Unas vistas espectaculares y el personal

Cons:

Las instalaciones, no funcionaba la luz de la habitación, el interruptor del baño roto, la ducha muy incómoda y muy baja, un solo enchufe en la habitación y detrás de un mueble, la cafetera se podía enchufar solo enchufe el baño. Sin aparcamiento, hay que dejar el coche abajo y subir una gran cuesta hasta el hotel o pagar 20 euros diarios si hay parking en el hotel.

Pros:

A limpeza do quarto estava impecável quando chegamos. O Hotel tem boas instalações e a comida é variada e adequada. No meu caso, fiz com tudo incluído, a comida era muito saborosa. O Bar da piscina serve bebidas todo o dia para se aproveitar a piscina e o hotel ao máximo. Tendo ido em família, foram férias passadas, literalmente, sempre no hotel.

Cons:

Os quartos precisam de remodelação. Estão muito gastos.
Infelizmente um dos pés da cama estava partido e eu quase caí no meio do chão. Prontamente foram arranjá-lo, mas não resultou. Eu ia caindo uma segunda vez e ia-me aleijando seriamente. Em um dos dias não foi feita a limpeza ao meu quarto. Mas aos da minha família sim, e eu pedi limpeza. Fica aqui a nota: Inspeccionem os quartos e todas as camas. Poderia ter acontecido com uma pessoa idosa e poderia ter sido algo muito grave.

Great stay!
Pros:

Super friendly staff who were very helpful throughout our stay. Delicious Vegetarian meals were specially organised by the main chef (Jimmy) - all we had to do was ask. The events team, daily evening shows and facilities were fantastic! Stunning ocean view from our room too. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. Free shuttles to the beach were available everyday. Nearby market and shops were also easily accessible. We will definitely be returning!

Cons:

It's a bit far from the airport and not many options other than expensive taxis or car hires. Bathrooms were dated and could be cleaner - none of this bothered us as we had a great time overall.

Great all-inclusive trip, would definitely revisit!
Pros:

The rooms were big, well-appointed and comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious too, with both bathtub and shower. Beach/pool towels were provided and could be changed every day which was very convenient. There were drinks stations at the pool, lounge and restaurant so drinks were always on hand! The entire hotel area was very clean and fairly well-maintained. There were different activities throughout the day, including pool exercise, magic shows and dance/music events, some of which we attended and they were a lot of fun!
The staff at the hotel were super nice and helpful and always tended to us with a big smile (shout out to Roberto and Christian at reception and the events team), major brownie points for that. The kitchen staff were also very nice, when we requested for some more vegetarian options to be prepared for lunch/dinner, they were very nice about it and prepared special vegetarian plates for us for the duration of our stay.

Cons:

Initially, there weren't a lot of vegetarian options at the restaurant for lunch and dinner but on requesting the maitre'd, they very kindly arranged for vegetarian meals for us for the rest of our stay.
It would be nice if they provided more toiletries in the rooms - dental kits, conditioner, shampoo, etc.
There definitely should be more water filling stations throughout the hotel since tap water is not drinkable.
There is also no wifi available in the rooms, although there is good connectivity otherwise.

L’ambiance a la piscine

Cons:

Pas multilingue et aucun des personnels ne parlais francais a part une seule personne et pas de changement de draps , les femmes de menages se contentait de refaire la literie mais laisses les memes draps vu que j’ai remarqué des taches tout au long du séjour .
