Important information:

In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants. Therefore, no swimwear, flip flops, sleeveless shirts or sportswear are allowed. Gentlemen are also asked to wear long trousers or smart shorts for dinner. In order to make the Gala Dinners on December 25 and 31 a memorable occasion for everyone, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear elegant long trousers and a jacket or a tie.

One child up to 11 years old can stay for free with 2 adults. Children under 2 years old are accommodated in a cot and older children in existing beds.

A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 December.

Cribs are subject to availability. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded under any circumstances, even when adding a crib.

You will find our lovely beach bar on Taurito Beach. It has an indoor area and a chill‑out terrace furnished with comfy sofas. The Beach Club’s drinks and snacks are free for the Hotel’s all‑inclusive guests. From midday to 3 pm, the Beach Club also serves salads, pizza, sandwiches and pasta.

All Inclusive Standard includes soft drinks, sparkling and still water, beer, sangria, cava and wine on tap from service stations. Alcohol-free beers are also available in bottles. Bottled water is not included. The alcoholic beverages are white label and the alcoholic and nonalcoholic cocktails are machine-made. All other drinks are at additional charge. You may pay at the hotel the difference for an all-inclusive Plus package to have with access to bottled drinks, smoothies and alcoholic beverages from national and international brands.
The upgrade must be booked for all adult occupants of the room for the duration of the stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
