Prédio antigo. A melhor localização. Fiquei num quarto com duas camas queen (família). Quarto e banheiros confortáveis e limpos. Café da manhã delicioso. Funcionários educados e bastante prestativos. Não é barato, mas vale.

Se seu quarto faz frente para a rua, nos finais de semana pode haver um pouco de barulho por conta dos bares/ restaurantes. Nada absurdo, mas existe.
Desayuno continental bastante completo. Se desayuna en el living del hotel que es precioso, una casona antigua con decoración clásica y un bello jardin interior.
Todo me gustó. Sólo pediría más toallas grandes en el baño.
first stayed at Le Rêve Boutique Hotel during my visit to Santiago in 2014, and I loved it so much that I knew I wanted to return. Twelve years later, I’m happy to say I made the right decision.
This is such a charming boutique hotel with exceptional service. The staff are warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The beautiful courtyard is a peaceful place to relax after a day of sightseeing, and the rooms are comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything you need.
What impressed me most is how well the hotel has maintained its character over the years. It still has the same elegance and welcoming atmosphere that made me fall in love with it the first time. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Santiago. Highly recommended.

A beautiful, small hotel located near restaurants and bars but in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was excellent and our room was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to going back.
We arrived late after hours. One of the people in the reception was extremely talkative, the other decided to give us a tour (at midnight). It was frustrating as we were tired.

A localização é nota 10: Bairro top! Rua bem tranquila, gostosa com bons restaurantes. 1 km do Costanera. O Hotel é muito satisfatório.
O café da manhã e bem feito, mas com poucas opções. O elevador não estava funcionando, mas são apenas dois andares no máximo. Para nós não fez diferença. Recomendo!
Le Reve in Santiago has a truly charming boutique vibe, especially in the lobby and courtyard, with attentive housekeeping keeping things very clean. That said, the hotel felt quite tired—hallway carpets need replacing, furniture could use an update, and my room had a stale musty smell that I could never seem to fully air out. In terms of amenities, I also expected better storage space (no proper closet) and bathrobes. While the staff were attentive, the hotel might improve by reallocating staffing resources to upgrading the physical space. The location was convenient, close to a major metro line, though not as upscale as I had hoped. For the price point, I expected a bit more polish. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, just not top-tier.
