Gorgeous views but some accessibility issues.
Pros:

Gorgeous view from ample balcony. Well appointed bathroom with flattering lighting and great water pressure. And a warm towel rack for drying bathing suits quickly. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Difficult to navigate up to our room on the 5th floor...multiple sets of steps...2 elevators. And finding breakfast was difficult. Not evident what restaurant to go to and then not easy to access. But the extravagant buffet was worth it.

Staff were excellent
Pros:

Staff were great, all of them, the guy doing the fresh eggs/omelette was really nice every single day at breakfast, really grateful.

Cons:

The royal aristan gym needs refurbed, the machines especially., for a relatively small amount of money you coyld make this great, and some pretty bi gym guys were there too.

Pros:

조식이 맛있고, 바다 전망이 좋았습니다. 방이 넓었고, 매우 청결하였습니다.
5개 호텔이 리조트를 형성한 곳이어서, 식당이 많고 모두 바다 전망을 볼 수 있습니다.

Cons:

5성급 호텔인데도 공항버스는 없었습니다.
마트나 편의점 같은 곳이 먼것이 좀 불편했습니다.

Pleasant stay but too expensive
Pros:

Location. Staff at the breakfast place were friendly and helpful. The italian restaurant (Bono) is great, however, the furniture needs improvement as they look cheap and cold - no taste at all.

Cons:

The room price is way too expensive for the standard we received. Cleanliness needs improvement; night tables in the room were dirty, balcony wasn’t cleaned properly as there were bird wastes. Guest relation staff were not friendly and not helpful. Hotel lobby is not charming at all. The food at Seafood restaurant was tasteless.

Fabulous, wish we’d stayed longer.
Pros:

Stayed here 6th-13 June in room 3424 on the 4th floor.
Checking in was quick and very friendly. The room wasn’t quite ready because we were way too early but we still received a complimentary drink down in the pool bar until it was.
Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean with just the most breathtaking view of the sea. A sight you can never be tired of.
The bed was extra large and extremely comfortable. Nice size bathroom with large walk in shower but with a ridiculous small shower head. Not like you’d expect a top quality hotel to have! (See the photo!)
The house keeping was the best ever! A 10/10 score, our room was kept so clean and tidy every day without fail by a lovely lady called Milena. ( hardest workers in a hotel for sure)
Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice. Fabulous coffee machines and great selection of fruit juices. The staff were unbelievably good at clearing tables and at the same time being friendly and helpful. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen breakfast staff that good before now! The omelette station is a must, whatever you do don’t leave without enjoying the fab eggs from there! A word of advice, if you sit at the tables outside the not covered by the roof part you will be in danger of getting your food stolen by the Seagulls despite the staff doing their best to keep them away so never leave your plate unattended even for a second they’re really quick!!
In the evening the best places to sit for the sunset are in the Rock Bar. ( we found one downside to it though was the very odd selection of music that was way too loud!) or the Blue Sky bar at the top of the Royal Blue Hotel. ( again very strange music but not nearly so loud) That said

Cons:

Not a complaint but people who are not steady on their feet need to be made aware that a lot of the outside steps don’t have hand rails and can be quite dangerous.

Very naughty Seagulls at breakfast!!

Pros:

Hotel i personel na najwyższym poziomie. Z lobby oraz pokoju cudowny widok na morze. Okolica cicha, spokojna i pełna zieleni. Łatwy transport do centrum i z powrotem (autobus z sympatycznymi kierowcami). Na dachu bar z basenem, gdzie można relaksować się podziwiając morze.
Na pewno tu wrócimy i rekomendujemy znajomym.

Sehr gut, würde ich weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück war lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl. Die Tatsache, dass mehrere Hotels miteinander verbunden sind, war ein großer Vorteil und bot mehr Möglichkeiten. Auch der Spa-Bereich war sehr schön.

Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr bequeme Betten und großzügige Zimmer. Schöner Sauna-Bereich. Tolles und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Schöner Blick auf die Bucht. Gute Preise in der Nebensaison.

Cons:

Frühstücksbereich in der Kernzeit um 9 Uhr sehr überfüllt. Personal wirkt gestresst und kommt beim Frühstücks Ansturm auch nicht hinterher. Poolbereich klein und langweilig. Als Meerzugang nur eine Steinplattform.
