Pros:

I felt that when I told the receptionist I was going to book through Booking.com, her face changed color and she put me on hold, even though I book often and know the booking appears within a few minutes.

Pros:

Apsolutno svaka preporuka za hotel! Osoblje ljubazno, soba uredna i cista, parking odmah ispred. Imali smo sobu na 5.katu sa terasom i pogledom na more, bolje nismo mogli ni pozeljeti. Dorucak obilan, kava izvrsna.
Definitivno cemo prijateljima preporuciti ovaj hotel. Hvala🫶🏻

5 étoiles pour la vue, 3 étoiles pour l’accueil et le manque de sympathie…
Pros:

Hôtel situé proche d’un arrêt de bus desservant la vieille ville, vue sur la mer incroyable, chambre assez grande et lit très confortable. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très complet et agréable.

Cons:

Les français ont la réputation d’être de mauvaise humeur mais les croates ne sont pas loin de nous. L’accueil n’est pas très chaleureux, le resort dispose de 5 restaurants, nous en avons testé 3 et nous sommes senti comme un peu méprisé. Nous y étions pour l’anniversaire de mon compagnon, il a reçu une carte de l’hôtel, nous offrant deux coupes de Prosecco, arrivés au restaurant, le serveur était froid et distant, nous nous sentions de trop…
Aussi, heureusement que le spa était inclus et n’était pas en supplément, les lumières clignotaient sans arrêt, le sauna et hammam n’étaient pas non plus top pour un 5 étoiles.

Overall good - but they need to improve on their breakfast service and a concierge service even for late check ins

Nice clean rooms

Cons:

There is no concierge service. Check in was really crap. They do not appear to have invested well in meeting and greeting staff, considering they charge £260 a night. They need to sort their coffee and tea facilities. Machines are no good. People should be offered proper filter coffee offered by staff. Again here they appear to have saved on staff. Nobody checks whether you have paid for breakfast. Anyone can walk in.

L accessibilité aux différentes piscines est un atout, et la disponibilité du personnel en bordure de mer.

Cons:

Il est dommage pour un 5 étoiles ( plutôt 4) de ne pas proposé une qualité et une diversité supérieure
aux repas.
Le petit déjeuner rien à dire, mais le dîner est plus en mode « cantine » pas assez raffiné.

Hotel je prekrasan,čist,pogled iz sobe je veličanstven,osoblje hotela jako ljubazno,Micaela sa recepcije divna djevojka,u restoranu za vrijeme doručka konobari su divni i kuhari koji su se brinuli da ničega ne fali. Cure u Spa su vrijedne i ljubazne. Moja djeca su oduševljena hotelom i sigurno ćemo opet doći. Hvala svima
