Good hotel for comfort and location
Pros:

The location was lovely and we like our room with a balcony where we could sit and look at the sea.
We enjoyed our breakfast sitting outside and we would like to thank Wendy in particular who always greeted everyone with a smile and was so helpful.

Cons:

The restaurants were disappointing. We ate in the Vista which had limited choice and the service was very slow. We also ate in the Royal Terrace buffet restaurant but thought it was overpriced.
The Bar was soulless, nothing to commend it at all. On the Rocks was better but it closed at 9 so only went there once.

Actually, there is nothing major to complain about – just a few points I would like to mention.

The housekeeping service was a bit inconvenient at times. On the first day, I asked for about 10 more minutes as I was still in the bathroom. When the staff returned shortly after, they started cleaning while I was still inside, which felt a little uncomfortable. At one point, an ashtray was placed next to the sink on my towel, which was not ideal.

On the following morning, despite mentioning that we needed a few more minutes as we were about to leave, housekeeping entered again to check the minibar. This felt somewhat intrusive.

The breakfast buffet was good overall; however, some items such as scrambled eggs or pancakes were already gone around 9:15 am and not immediately replenished, even though breakfast is served until 10:30 am. This led to some waiting times.

Dinner was a bit disappointing, as some of the food was only lukewarm and the selection seemed limited at times.

On the positive side, the sauna was excellent and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning.

Overall, I would consider staying here again, but probably without half board.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son excelentes. Tienes de todo en el resort. Puedes aparcar dentro. La habitación grande. La cama cómoda. Tienes a tu disposición albornoz, zapatillas, café y te. El trato del personal fue muy bueno.

We were upgraded to Royal Blue with breakfast at Vista restaurant a la carte.
Pros:

5* wellness resort

Cons:

Too many steps between buildings. The bathroom was magnificent but at 78 years climbing into a bathtub to have a shower is a big effort.
