Pros:

Superb location, great facilities, good services and staff. Room was top class,and breakfast selection was also so varied and everything was so fresh

Cons:

Restaurant selections wasn't to our liking, but that's just preference rather than a quality issue

Amazing 50th Anniversary stay
Pros:

Our room; we were celebrating our golden wedding anniversary, so were upgraded to a really spacious room in the Royal Blue hotel.
The staff; always helpful and friendly.
Food and drink; large complex with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, many with entertainment.
Breakfast; loads of choice, hot and cold
Local bus service; regular, stop just across the road.

Been there done that!
Pros:

Veldig god seng, deilig bad og nydelig utsikt. Godt utvalg til frokost. God service hos enkelte. Greit å kunne benytte seg av ulike områder på de ulike hotellene. Stille og rolig til tross for et enormt anlegg. Reiste med min voksne datter.

Cons:

Alt for stort område! Dårlig treningsrom med få apparater, slitt, ødelagt, lite og få apparater etc…

Pros:

Location was brilliant and access to all the facilities were great. Food was magnificent as we ate at most restaurants.

Being moved around when we arrived but we did receive and upgrade free of charge

Disappointing! Unpleasant Staff and Guests! Clearly everyone is too important to Smile!
Pros:

The property has great views and sits in a lovely location. The view from our Seaward facing room was good and the views from the Bars and Restaurants was lovely also. The Rooms are well equipped and too a good standard but the insulation is lacking. You hear noise from both the Corridor and the adjoining Rooms which is very disappointing.

Cons:

This Hotel obviously attracts people with larger budgets for accommodation, but as such attracts truly rude and thoroughly miserable guests. We lost count of how many times people butted into you without apology and refused to acknowledge when you hold a door or lift, or move over on the Stairs.

Worse than the guests however were the Staff, each member we encountered from Reception through to Bars and Restaurants displayed an unwelcoming attitude and seemed inconvenienced by our presence. Couple this with the worst Dining experience in a Hotel ever, and we were very pleased to check out. We booked the Mediterranean Restaurant for the evening meal and once seated waited 30 minutes for a drink, after asking again we were served a warm bottle of White Wine which was dumped on our table while a waiter wandered off to find an ice bucket. It was another 30 minutes before the wine was even half drinkable so in essence wasted! The food was mediocre at best and my own Tuna Steak was badly cooked and of poor quality, 80% of my meal went uneaten and returned. Despite our Waiters persistent apologies the damage was done, truly a dreadful experience in a Hotel that should do much better!

Es waren ausgesprochen viele Gäste in den Royal Hotels, jedes Royal Hotel (5 Hotels) war komplett ausgebucht und man hatte oft Probleme einen schönen Strandplatz zu bekommen oder im Restaurant einen Tisch zu reservieren…
