Nicht zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern und Jugendlichen

GEBUCHT Luxury Triple room – war nicht verfügbar – kein Seaview sondern hinten auf den Park wurde ein Double mit Schlafcouch angeboten – abgelehnt
Dann Double mit Schlafcouch bekommen mit seitlichem Meerblick als Kompromiss
Pool im Hotel nicht für Kinder – Adults Only – Am Indoor Pool steht ein Schild Adults Only +16, das gleiche für den Rooftop Pool Adults Only +18 – auf Nachfrage im SPA im Hotel wurde uns erklärt das Hotel ist ab heute ein ADULTS ONLY HOTEL steht aber nirgends auf der Website, bzw. bei der Buchung wurde ja das Alter der Kinder abgefragt – auch hier kein Hinweis von Booking.com, noch beim Check-in im Hotel.
Hotel Kids Pool nur draussen im Freien aber nicht beheizt, macht wenig Sinn für Anfang April.
Kinder können über die Promenade im Freien und öffentlichen Bereich ca. 250 m laufen um dann den Kinder Pool im Royal Princess zu nutzen – unglaublich so was überhaupt anzubieten.
Final im Zimmer mussten wir 2 mal nachfragen dass die Bedcouch dann mal zum Bett gemacht wird.
Im Bad wurden keine weiteren Handtücher aufgelegt für die 3 te Person, auch auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption über Telefon wurden keine weiteren Handtücher am Abend mehr gebracht.
Erster Tag mehr als enttäuschend im 5* Hotel !



Fazit:
Nicht zu empfehlen für Kinder und Jugendliche – definitiv weit weg von Familienfreundlich
5 Sterne sehen überall auf der Welt anders aus – das habe ich über 5 Kontinente bereits erfahren – aber wenigstens passte der Service und das Zimmer das reserviert wurde – hier passt gar nichts, daher kann ich das Hotel nicht mal eingeschränkt empfehlen. Schade hatte große Hoffnung in das Hotel denn die Website verspricht viel mehr als es ist – werde zukünftig wieder nebenan im President Valmar Collection Hotel nächtigen, das sind wirkliche 5 Sterne.

Śniadanie na poziomie max 3 gwiazdek
Pros:

Piękny widok z pokoju na morze. Pokoje czyste. Hotel jest przy pięknej promenadzie, gdzie można spacerować.

Cons:

Śniadanie. I nie chodzi nawet o to, że obsluga ledwo panowała nad organizacją, ale np. o to, że trzeba się naprawdę postarać, by zaserwować tak niesmaczną jajecznicę. Na pewno śniadanie nie jest na poziomie 5 gwiazdek.

z przyjemnością ponownie zatrzymam się w hotelu
Pros:

lokalizacja obiektu, czystość, zabiegi w spa, dobra oferta śniadaniowa

Cons:

przedłużyć czas na śniadanie; większość gości była po 9.00, więc momentami było dość tłoczno; obsługa bardzo sprawnie uzupełniała bufet i przygotowywała stoliki dla kolejnych gości.

Tolle Lage und Schöne Ausstattung
Pros:

Die Zimmer, die Anlage und die Lage sind wunderschön! Die Aussicht beim Frühstück ist atemberaubend. Der Spa Bereich ist klein aber sehr schön.

Cons:

Frühstück und Spa können sehr voll werden, dann wird es eher laut und stressig statt entspannt. Im Spa fehlt Personal, die das Benehmen der Gäste im Rahmen halten (trotz Spring-Verbots-Schildern etc verwandelt sich das Spa schnell in ein lautes Pool wo Kinder ins Wasser speingen, schreien und die Eltern leider null Verantworung übernehmen)
Frühstück: Quantität vor Qualität- es gibt wirklich eine unglaubliche Auswahl, jedoch sind die “warmen” Speisen durchgängig kalt

Zimmerservice war furchtbar. Wir haben einen Ceaser Salat und eine Pizza bestellt- Pizza war eiskalt und der Salat war stellenweise braun. Statt dem “homemade Ceaser Dressing” war es pure Mayonaise, wir mussten den Salat abwaschen... Das ist bei der Preis (40€) und in einem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht ok. Danach haben wir Essen im Hotel gemieden.

Jedan kutak za opustanje sa laganom muzikom i picem. Je nesto je prisutno ali je kolosalno nije simpaticno. Jedan prostor danasnjeg vremena.
