Відпочинок військового з сином.
Pros:

Місце, те що це Рояль і немає нічого зайвого. Краса цього місця та природа, море та рівень відпочинку.

Cons:

(викликало роздуми!) Те що просив номер з видом на море, а перед балконом зростало дерево.

Та і в цьому я знайшов плюс для себе та для свого сина. В нас був безпосередній в хід з поверху на вулицю, що надавало зручності.

Pros:

Incredible views, options to swim in different pools and the sea, helpful and friendly staff, really spacious comfortable room and clean, modern bathroom. Great breakfast and really enjoyed rooftop bar for sundowner drinks. Picturesque walk along the promenade in the evening into Lapad for other dining options if you feel like getting out of the hotel complex.

Pros:

Spodobało mi się wszystko - pokój z niesamowitym widokiem na morze, w pokoju jest wszystko, co potrzebne, mega wygodne łóżko, w nocy jest cicho. Okolica przepiękna, mnóstwo plaży - z leżakami lub dzikich, restauracje. Mogłabym znaleźć, do czego się przyczepić, ale osobiście dla mnie wszystko było idealne - najlepszy hotel, najlepsze wakacje w pięknym Dubrowniku:)

A környék kiváló, elhelyezkedés jó.
Autóval érkeztünk, lehetőség volt garázsban parkolni.
Városon belül taxival közlekedtünk (korrekt, de drága), városban nehéz parkolni.
Szállás tiszta, minőségi.

Cons:

Minimális dolgok, a pozitívumok mellet elenyésző.
Étterem ételválasztéka (főleg vacsora). Bővebb főétel (készétel) választékot vártam volna az árért.
Személyzet túlterhelt, pl. várakozási idő az autó garázsból kihozatalára, vacsoránál üdítőre, stb.
Főidőben túlterhelt a konyha és étterem.
Minibárnak nincs fagyasztó része.

The hotel itself is excellent. The restaurants offer high-quality food, and the staff are exceptionally polite, professional, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the hotel left us with very positive impressions. Unfortunately, our overall experience was overshadowed by one very unpleasant and significant issue related to our booking and payment, which is currently being resolved with Booking.com. Apart from this matter, we were very satisfied with the hotel and its services.

Cons:

We were extremely disappointed by the way our booking and payment issue was handled. After our reservation had already been confirmed, the total price was increased by almost EUR 2,000 without our approval, and Booking.com charged the higher amount from our card before the free cancellation period had expired. When we contacted the hotel, the management stated that they could not help because the payment had been collected by Booking.com. Unfortunately, neither the hotel nor Booking.com took responsibility for resolving a problem involving almost EUR 2,000. Despite our formal complaint, Booking.com has not provided a substantive response. This completely overshadowed what would otherwise have been an excellent stay.

Brilliant location and a fantastic room. 11/10
Pros:

The location is fantastic. West facing for sunsets. A really nice walkway along the shore to restaurants if you choose not to eat at the hotel. Perfect access to the sea from the pool area for sea swimming. Surprisingly good breakfast for a hotel this size. Could not really fault breakfast at all. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was excellent. We had a corner sea facing room (3232) with a big balcony and perfect sea views.

Cons:

Nothing material. I would probably provide guests with water in the room every day of the stay and not just the first night. Other than that, nothing at all to complain about.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel with amazing views. Would definitely recommend the sea view rooms if you can afford it. Lots of pools although water quite cold and getting a lounger near the sea was hard work.
Breakfast very good - special mention to server Wendy who was very friendly and welcoming.
20 minute walk along a promenade to Lapad where there are a number of bars and restaurants. Bus to the old town from near the hotel takes 20 min.
There is no shop at the hotel which sells water and no supermarket nearby. This meant we had to lug bottles back from Lapad.
Rooms were spacious and air con good. Shower good but within a bath which was very high to climb into.
Roof top pool offers great views - however one of the bar staff up there was very unfriendly and despite having no one else to serve, took ages to reluctantly take our order. Out of keeping with the service received from other staff across the hotel.
We would thoroughly recommend this great hotel.

Общее впечатление хорошее.
Pros:

Месторасположение, персонал,обслуживание, чистота , отсутствие громкой музыки ,уборка комнаты ,сама комната большая и просторная. Роскошная, широкая и удобная кровать.
Хочу отметить,что вид на неморскую сторону,который был у меня,был просто великолепен и не уступал морской стороне.

Cons:

Очень мешало огромное количество мух в столовой,которые перелетали с одного на другое блюдо. Хотелось бы,чтоб руководство гостиницы обратили на это внимание и приняли необходимые меры. По этой причине не удалось попробовать всех прелестей,которые были предоставлены на завтрак.

Pros:

Piękny bardzo czysty obiekt z pięknym widokiem.

Cons:

Obciążenie kara za za późne zameldowanie mimo tego że booking wycofał rezerwację i poinformował że koszty nie powinny być na liczone, z powodu opóźnienia samolotu.
