Sve je bilo predivno, sam hotel i sadrzaji su top, osoblje ljubazno, sve pohvale. Bas smo uzivali.

Hotel location, sea view, very clean

Cons:

This is not the 5 star hotel definitely: Elevators are shaking, AC in the room not working at all, and the breakfast was awful (coffee machines bad, poor selection of food, etc.). Maybe all this was due to off-the-season month reservation, but we were dissapointed with our stay.

Pros:

The view was superb and the facilities were very generous and modern. The lobby was also very impressive. We dined at Zoe restaurant one night and the food and service were great. We also enjoyed the promenade that ran along the hotel all the way to town. It was very well lit during the night as well. Overall, I'd love to come back during the summer and fully take advantage of the beaches.

Great hotel within 20 mins of Old Town Dubrovnik and on the sea!
Pros:

We stayed as part of a group tour during off-season. The rooms were spacious, clean and new(?). Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Bus was just outside entrance (#6) so it was easy to get in/out of old town. Great property overall with several hotels, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Beautifully landscaped too.

I felt that when I told the receptionist I was going to book through Booking.com, her face changed color and she put me on hold, even though I book often and know the booking appears within a few minutes.

Pros:

Apsolutno svaka preporuka za hotel! Osoblje ljubazno, soba uredna i cista, parking odmah ispred. Imali smo sobu na 5.katu sa terasom i pogledom na more, bolje nismo mogli ni pozeljeti. Dorucak obilan, kava izvrsna.
Definitivno cemo prijateljima preporuciti ovaj hotel. Hvala🫶🏻

5 étoiles pour la vue, 3 étoiles pour l’accueil et le manque de sympathie…
Pros:

Hôtel situé proche d’un arrêt de bus desservant la vieille ville, vue sur la mer incroyable, chambre assez grande et lit très confortable. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très complet et agréable.

Cons:

Les français ont la réputation d’être de mauvaise humeur mais les croates ne sont pas loin de nous. L’accueil n’est pas très chaleureux, le resort dispose de 5 restaurants, nous en avons testé 3 et nous sommes senti comme un peu méprisé. Nous y étions pour l’anniversaire de mon compagnon, il a reçu une carte de l’hôtel, nous offrant deux coupes de Prosecco, arrivés au restaurant, le serveur était froid et distant, nous nous sentions de trop…
Aussi, heureusement que le spa était inclus et n’était pas en supplément, les lumières clignotaient sans arrêt, le sauna et hammam n’étaient pas non plus top pour un 5 étoiles.
