We stayed for one night but we had great experience. We did not wait for long as well. Breakfast are great!

Celine was absolutely amazing! From the moment we approached the concierge, she welcomed us with such warmth and professionalism. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help with everything we needed.

What stood out the most was how she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Her recommendations were excellent, and she handled every request with efficiency and a lovely attitude. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such genuine hospitality.

Location is right in the middle of Eastwood. There is plenty of restaurants and shops around. Safe place for kids to roam around and play. Great value for money. We enjoyed our stay.

Convenience, amenities, very friendly and courteous staff

We booked this stay on promo, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. No hidden transaction fees, and the reservation was very straightforward—hindi nakaka-overwhelm.

We requested a surprise “Happy Birthday” note for my daughter, and they went the extra mile by giving a complimentary small whole cake 🥳 Such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture!

We also asked for a higher floor and a quieter room for less noise and a better city view, and they gladly accommodated our request. Another big plus is the direct access to the mall—it made everything so convenient since we didn’t have to walk outside just to go back and forth.

The receptionists were very approachable, and Guest Services responded quickly whenever we needed assistance.

The only thing we wish they had was lotion included with the other toiletries, as some hotels provide this. We didn’t bring any because we expected it to be available, so we just bought one from the mall.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay—even if it was just for one night. Definitely a pleasant and memorable experience for our family. 💛

Marianne Panahon at Eastwood Cafe was the best server at Richmonde Hotel’s cafe. She was always ready with a smile, attentive to our needs and very helpful to us. She went above and beyond her duties. We all loved her.

Server Marianne panahon is an excellent example of a good server. She's very friendly, attentive to our needs Helpful always ahead of us on our needs and she's always greeting us with a smile . Overall , I would give her more than 100% for her review . We're lucky to have her as our server .

My stay at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel Quezon City was a wonderful experience, from the location, amenities, to the excellent customer service. Definitely my favorite place to stay in Quezon City.
