For Full Board Package: As per guidelines set by the Bureau of Quarantine, only one (1) person will be allowed to stay in the room for guests staying under Mandatory Quarantine regardless if they are family or from the same household. The accessibility to the restaurants, shops, mall. Very all smiling and accommodating staffs especially the guards very helpful.
Was just surprised that they are now charging outside local calls and laundry bag. But then there’s no problem for me in paying, , we’ve been staying at this property for so numerous times, now they are charging those.

The hotel itself is really nice. Situated in the heart of the Eastwood area. The staff are nice, professionals and prompt in addressing our concerns.

Room and location is good and very convenient . You can get almost everything. The breakfast a little disappointed with limited choices. It is understandable as we have many choices outside the hotel. Service at breakfast was a little slow though it wasn't crowded.
I can't think of anything that I dont like as most of the time I am out. Happy with the general service and location, and thats more important .

Balkon/prozor u sobi se nije mogao otvoriti, pretpostavljam zbog sigurnosnih razloga. Bilo bi lijepo moći pustiti svježi zrak u sobu, ali nije to neki veliki problem.
This is the 3rd time I am staying here. The initial 2 trips were for work and that's when I started liking this hotel and booked the same for me leisure trip too.
I booked 2 rooms and one of the rooms where I stayed had WiFi issues even the TV network didn't work.. They tried their best to fix it but couldn't. Immediately they moved me to another room with a free upgrade to a suite apologising for the inconvenience. Now that is what I call great hospitality. Making the customer feel happy even after they went through some pain. I would say the customer service is exceptional
Now coming to the room. The regular rooms have great views overlooking the river. The suite has both city and river view which was mind blowing.
The location was perfect. Right next to a mall. Also lot of restaurants are just a few min walk.
I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Manila. Thanks to the whole team for making my stay a memorable one .

They need to clean their windows. It is pretty dirty. Especially around the window frames.
Within close proximity to the Eastwood mall
Door to the room is not functioning. Because there is no phone to call the front desk we have to go back down again to report the problem. This issue happened from day 1. I had to ask to be transferred to another room just to make the remaining days comfortable. Also shower pressure is very weak and drainage is slow draining.
