When we arrived the rooms had been cancelled, even though there was no warning in the confirmation that we had to show up before 6p.m., as stated by the receptionist. Moreover, we had given our credit card details in the portal. We were then given three rooms, but not at the same price of the reservation. I have informed Booking.com
