The room was very neat and clean as expected.

Cons:

I was overcharged and was advised to wait for 10-14 working days. Despite waiting for the advised time period, I didn’t get my refund. I followed up with Abhineet Paul and was assured that I will get my money back within 5 days after waiting for 12 working days which is actually a month. Front desk‘s lack of service and knowledge resulted in the loss of money for me. Will definitely raise a chargeback for this booking as nobody ever helped me.

Fantastic Food and Hospitality!
Pros:

Had a brilliant time ringing in 2026 here. The food spread was massive, but the Biryani and the Indian sweets section stole the show—absolutely delicious!
​Excellent service by Sangram Khot, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience despite the NYE rush. If you’re in Pune and want a place with great food and even better service, this is it.

Impeccable Service, Delicious Food & Seamless Event Management

We had booked Four Points by Sheraton – Gran Maratha for a family wedding, and our experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.

During the initial booking stage, Ganesh was extremely helpful and professional. He guided us seamlessly through the process, ensured all our requirements were addressed, and helped us close the booking smoothly. We were also offered a very competitive and attractive deal for the event, which was much appreciated.

After the booking, Rutuja took over and stayed in constant touch with us to ensure every detail was perfectly planned. From understanding our expectations to coordinating the menu and arrangements, she was meticulous and attentive to all our requests. What truly stood out was her dedication—despite being on her weekly off on the day of the event, she personally came in to oversee the arrangements and ensure everything was executed flawlessly.

On the event day, Vishal was a tremendous support throughout. He was always available, proactive, and quick to assist with any last-minute changes or setup requirements. Both Rutuja and Vishal worked as a fantastic team, ensuring the event ran smoothly and that our guests were comfortable and well taken care of.

A special mention to Chef Ram—the food was exceptional! Every dish was delicious, well-presented, and prepared exactly as per our customized menu. Our guests absolutely loved the food, and we received numerous compliments for it.

Overall, the team’s professionalism, coordination, hospitality, and attention to detail made our celebration truly memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to host such an important family event. Highly recommended!
