Really disappointing
Pros:

The room was extremely dirty and did not meet my expectations. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the stay very uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was very congested and lacked adequate space. Overall, it was not worth the money paid. I am very disappointed with the experience.

Overall it wasn't bad.
Pros:

Everything was quite good!
Breakfast was very good.
Hot water in the room without having to wait.
The staff was very helpful and helped resolve a room booking error.

Cons:

The hotel needs more care, it's not new anymore.

Could have been better.
Pros:

I liked the service given by the staff. It was quick and instant.

Cons:

The room had a bad smell mostly of fungi. The room could have been checked and kept ready as the booking was done priorly. The washroom basin was leaking. As the booking was for family, atleast two toothpaste n brush kits were expected and not one. With respect to food, I didn't dind it value for money. The variety in the buffet could be more in number, both for dinner and breakfast. In my opinion, the section for veg and non-veg should be fixed, as the section having nonveg in the dinner had veg breakfast items kept in it, the next day. Being a pure vegetarian, I was not comfortable taking items from that section for the breakfast.
