Wrong invoice generated. Hotel charged me extra tax in invoice and now saying it will be remitted in 8 working days.

I am staying here at four points by Sheraton pune,I am enjoying my stay here very much ,the staff here are very helpful,caring especially Yuvraj and Sunita who helped us at on our breakfast,major meals because we are really far from our home and you guys made us eat good food
1.Yuvraj is very Caring,helpful in nature and had conversation with him make you feel happy.

I went on a group booking where the allocations of rooms were done in advance to avoid waiting on arrival. The service was up to the mark and overall a very good experience. Food was also good and had a wide variety of options to choose as per the taste

The overall stay and experience was "average" and didn't feel premium.
The property is in dire need of repair. The TV in my room was hanging from the wall at an angle which made it look like it would fall any second. The faucets and showers had a little bit of rust/hard water stains on them. The service was nice though (nothing special) and the breakfast spread was also OK.
I was told by the front desk that this property will be converting into a Courtyard soon and the renovations had started already on the 9th floor. Fingers crossed.
