Our stay was perfect.
Pros:

Great location, spacious room and bathroom. Very friendly staff. Charming hotel. Veronica in the breakfast room has a great personality and she's well suited for the hospitality industry.

La chambre était grande et confortable

Cons:

L’attention de la réception. La madame avec les cheveux noirs elle était vraiment désagréable pour répondre aux questions, lorsque je lui demandais quelque chose elle me faisait sentir que je la dérangeais.
De plus, elle n’était pas sympathique, elle démontrait son mauvaise humeur.
Dommage pour la réputation de l’hôtel

Beautiful hotel

Cons:

The air conditioner was not cooling the room at all. The pool was not available, we were told the pool would be available the next morning and check out the next morning was 10Am! When we got back to the hotel in the evening, the new guy at the front desk said the pool opened up at 4 PM. We were originally told it would not be available at all that day. So we missed out on the pool! The internet did not work. We were supposed to get a reimbursement of $45.00E which has never showed up yet on my credit card!

Pros:

La piscine est très bien mais à l'ombre dès 14h.
La literie est très confortable.
Le petit dej est complet, il y a beaucoup de choix.

Cons:

La salle de bain est très grande, mais difficulté pour l'écoulement de l'eau, le sèche cheveux est inutilisable, il est vieux et sent le cramé.

Pros:

L'hotel è a due passi dalla stazione dei treni e a dieci minuti circa a piedi dal centro storico. La colazione è abbondante e c'è vasta scelta tra dolce e salato.

La stanza era un po' calda.

Pros:

Just a 5mins walk to old town, some free on street parking outside, old building, nicely decorated, decent breakfast selection with homemade sweet&savoury bakes, staff was very nice and friendly, they let us to opt for late check out.
