La ubicación cerca de la estacion de tren. Habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Desayuno muy bueno.

Great location and very good breakfast.
Pros:

This was an ideal location for us as we arrived by train and the bus stop for connection to Brindisi was just outside.
The room was very spacious and very clean and breakfast was great! Pity we hadn't more time to enjoy it.

Cons:

It took a very long time for the hot water to arrive to the shower. It ran cold for a good 5 minutes each time which is a real waste of water. Staff could have been more helpful regarding transport to Brindisi airport. There was a bus stop just outside but they had no information to share. The whole atmosphere was lacking personality and could have been a little more friendly.

Pros:

Location. Domestic staff very friendly and helpfull.

Cons:

Just one member of staff. Unpolite and rude. She shoudnt do what she's doing. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

only location which was near to station

Cons:

The room did not match the photos and was disappointing. After seeing other rooms in the hotel that looked different, I raised my concerns with the staff, but they did not move me to another room. The room was not clean, the bed was very small, the blankets had holes, and the towels were dirty. Overall, it was an uncomfortable stay, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Hotel needs an upgrade.

Cons:

Poor lighting in the bathroom.
Also fowl smell emanating from the bathroom.
Could do in vesting i. new towels as the white towels were grey from ageing.
Bathroom door did not close properly.

Toilet seat was smal and not its proper size one and a very poor and cheap selection of coat hungers.

Perfect base in Lecce
Pros:

Classic style city hotel close to Lecce station, ten minutes' walk from the Duomo. Clean comfortable rooms, good breakfast (on terrace in good weather), quiet enclosed garden with an excellent 10m pool. A great place to stay in Lecce, good access to the old city, and to trains north or to southern Puglia destinations such as Gallipoli and Otranto.

Cons:

Very small stuff - better fruit juice and yoghurts at breakfast. And maybe some umbrellas to borrow for Italy in Sept!
