Pros:

Fantastic, yummy breakfast. The croissants were so crispy, fresh and delicious. Fresh pressed fruit juice. A nice selection of breads. Welcoming staff. We felt that the price was more than fair for the service and breakfast we got.
We tried the paid dinned once. It was incredible. Honestly, like a 5 star restaurant. Each dish better than the next. The staff worked so hard. They were attentive to every detail. They treated our kids with care (2 teenage girls who felt like they were at a Michelin restaurant and still remember the dinner as a trip highlight). The table-side crepes were a lovely extra touch. I could go on. What a fantastic experience this stay was.

Pros:

le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, le personnel très aimable et aidant, et l'emplacement était parfait.

Cons:

L'ambiance de la chambre était assez froide/pas très chaleureuse peut être du fait qu'il n'y avait pas de tapis au sol et que les murs étaient peu décorés.

Fantastic option for a visit to Montreal.
Pros:

Great location, stylish rooms, extremely comfortable beds, and good value! I will definitely return next time I’m in Montreal.

Cons:

I’ll note that the sound proofing was not great between rooms or the halls. This was not an issue for me and did not impact my enjoyment of my stay, but guests who may be sensitive should bring ear plugs.

Additionally, the shower/tub in my room was quite high and required a large step to enter. They have installed a bar to help you get in/out. Again this was not a problem for me, but I could see it being challenging for someone with mobility issues. Suggest future guests may wish to discuss with staff before booking.

Pros:

The room was nice and clean, and having breakfast included was also very nice. The restaurant itself was very picturesque, and the food quality was good.

Cons:

I was surprised by the location. It was part of the subway station and bus stop. The entryway was not clear, and it felt like you were entering a hostel in a questionable area.

Excellent petit déjeuner complet. Belle vue, chambre assez spacieuse.

Cons:

Lit un peu trop ferme. Chambre loin d'une porte extérieure donc pas idéal avec un chien.

Pros:

everything from the coffee to the nice bed, the ambience. It was a good night sleep, that's the reason it's ny second time going there
