Pros:

L'emplacement à côté du métro Sherbrooke est idéal.
La propreté des chambres est irréprochable.
La sympathie du personnel.
La conservation des bagages est très sécurisée, le petit déjeuner est plutôt copieux.
Il faut absolument essayer le Restaurant école qui fait partie du même bâtiment, c'est peu cher et très bon.

The staff are great, the breakfast was wonderful, the facilities were clean and the location ideal for our visit.

Cons:

I think we got an odd room. It didn't have the design elements of the rooms in the photos. The bathroom door was very heavy and was on a swing arm that automatically shut and there was no way to keep it open. The bathroom did not have a fan, so with no way to air it out, it became unpleasant and a challenge to manuever.

Chambre récemment rénovée avec goût et accueil chaleureux.
Pros:

Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné et serviable. La chambre est magnifique et tout est bien pensé. Plusieurs petits détails font la différence. Miroir avec lumière, veilleuse, robinetterie et douche de grande qualité. Literie neuve et de qualité. Plusieurs connexions pour recharger nos appareils. Équipements de qualité supérieure.Le plancher est confortable et insonorisé. Le petit déjeuner inclus est particulièrement bon et frais préparé.

Cons:

Le matelas est un peu trop ferme selon nos goûts.

Excellent pour un bref séjour à Montréal.
Pros:

Je connaissais déjà cet établissement mais, depuis que les chambres ont été rénovées, il est passé à un niveau nettement supérieur. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le petit-déjeuner et l’espace de travail derrière le lit.

Cons:

Vraiment rien.

Pour la chambre extra, pour le brunch encore une expérience peu agréable à cause du café.
Pros:

L’accueil, la gentillesse et la propreté.

Cons:

Le thé vert fourni dans la chambre est mauvais!
Les tasses en porcelaine sont trop petites.
Le café du restaurant cause des problèmes intestinaux.
Cela fait 3 fois que 2 personnes sont sévèrement incommodées. Bien entendu dorénavant nous éviterons de consommer du café à moins que le restaurant ne change de sorte de café ou …
Le 2e lit n’était pas installé et la porte pour sortir sur le balcon ne pouvait être ouverte, le préposé à l’accueil du soir est venu nous accommoder. Super gentil.
