Très beau séjour à l'hôtel jusqu'à ce que nous recevions la facture de notre chambre.
Cons:

J'ai réservé une chambre pour une nuit dont le prix affiché sur Booking était de 268 $ (le prix affiché le 1er décembre 2026).
Lors du paiement de ma chambre à la fin de mon séjour le 23 octobre, la facture était de 568 $ soit 300 $ de plus que le prix affiché de cette chambre à la période de l'année ou j'ai réservé. Que s'est-il passé? Selon l'hôtel il s'agit de la politique de prix dynamique de Booking. Alors, s.v.p. ne réservez jamais sur Booking vous pourriez avoir de très mauvaises surprises.

Nice stay in Montreal.
Pros:

Good Location. Nice room and really nice breakfast. But we would have liked the breakfast service to start before 7:00, because our tour to Quebec started at 7:00. We did however get one breakfast box for one person, but as we were 4 people, this was not enough.

Cons:

Breakfast should have been before 7:00.

Pros:

We loved the beautiful room and amazing views and the desk staff were incredibly helpful. Excellent location central to all and across from a beautiful park.

Cons:

The weekend breakfast staff were undertrained and we ended up having to ask several times for coffee or juice or water. The weekday breakfast staff were fantastic and efficient. Having so many front doors locked around the hotel is also slightly frustrating at the end of a long day.

TOP Stadthotel in traumhafter Lage

Das ist mal ein tolles Stadt Hotel. Direkt an einem sehr netten Park mit vielen Cafes und Restaurant gelegen. Parkgarage (extra zu zahlen) und einem sehr leckeren Frühstück. Der Frühstücksraum war super gemütlich. Erst waren wir etwas erstaunt als es den Kaffee nur gebrüht, direkt vom Personal eingeschenkt, gab. ABER ! Der ist sooooo lecker, einfach herrlich. Die Zimmer waren von einer sehr guten Größe (wir hatten eines mit Balkon) Das Badezimmer komfortabel mit herrlich großer Dusche. Zwei Wasserflaschen, nachfüllbar am Gang mit Kaltem, Zimmertemperierten Wasser, auf Wunsch sogar Soda. Check in Check out - so soll es sein - Perfekt!
Dieses Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Für so ein leckeres Frühstück wären uns persönlich etwas ausgedehntere Zeiten (aktuell von 07.00 bis 09.00) lieber. Aber das tut dem ganzen keine Abklang.
