Très bel hôtel sur le plateau
Pros:

Ecole hôtelière, le personnel est super sympathique et les chambres sont grandes avec une jolie vue. C'est un des rares endroits où loger sur le plateau. Le petit déjeuner compris est vraiment très très bien !

Cons:

Le parking est vraiment très petit mais c'est un détail.

The room was well equipped to provide every convenience, & the breakfast was superb.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable, and the room was designed so well, making good use of the space and providing many useful details, such as the cubbies, with lights and electric sockets, on each side of both beds.

Cons:

It would have been nice for the room to be carpeted.

Breakfast was very good. Had scramble eggs, bacon, bread pudding, selection of thin slice meats and fruit. Had a good selection of bread as well.

Cons:

The only request would be for an ice machine on the 8th floor.

Our stay was excellent - breakfast was beyond expectations and we were very close to public transit.
Pros:

Breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. the location was also exceptional - near public transit and close to a host of restaurants and stores. Staff were all friendly and helpful. the room was also quite nice.

Cons:

our SUV barely fit in the parking garage. In the US, this would not be an issue (it is a standard SUV). Because parking is so difficult to find, suggest letting customers know in advance the height and width restrictions for parking. we were able to park, but just barely.

Hôtel d'application très bien tenu par un personnel de haute qualité. Bravo à vous.
Pros:

L'équipe de l'accueil a toujours était à notre écoute et le personnel du petit-déjeuner toujours attentionné. Bravo à tous de faire en sorte que notre séjour se soit très bien passé. L'ensemble respire la classe que tout le monde essaie de maintenir dans un beau niveau d'excellence. Si vous venez en voiture, n'hésitez pas à réserver une place dans le parking de l'hôtel avec l'ascenseur qui vous mène directement à votre étage de chambre.

Cons:

Peut-être mettre un micro-onde dans chaque chambre ... mais pas super important pour nous. ;-)
Dommage que vous soyez devenus si célèbres désormais pour le restaurant du soir. Nous y étant pris trop tardivement, nous n'avons pas pu y manger. Peut-être lors d'un prochain séjour ?
