Wonderful view
Struttura immersa nella campagna nei dintorni di Capaccio Scalo. Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha illustrato tutte le dotazioni inclusa la splendida piscina a disposizione degli ospiti. L'appartamento da 4 in cui eravamo è dotato di cucina completa di tutto, due camere (una matrimoniale l'altra con due letti singoli) e il bagno con doccia spaziosa. Il parcheggio è gratuito nel cortile di proprietà. Nei dintorni c'è tutto. Il mare è a 6/7 km.
Ein eigener Freisitz wäre schön gewesen.

La struttura è un incanto, i giardini curatissimi, la piscina bellissima, sembra un'oasi di pace assoluta, già prima di lasciarla stavamo pensando a quando ritornare.
Abbiamo prenotato con colazione inclusa, un piccolo problema a quanto pare non imputabile al proprietario ma a booking, sapendo prima che la colazione non era disponibile avremmo portato l'occorrente per farla in appartamento.
Wunderschöne ruhige Lage im Olivenhain, schöne Aussicht auf die Ebene, die Amalfiküste und die Berge. Laura und Stefano sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool ist toll für Familien.

Struttura stupenda e molto curata dal proprietario in persona tra l'altro lui e la moglie persone gentilissime e molto disponibili,piccolo appartamento dotato di tutti in confort in 4 si stava benissimo dotato di frigo e cucina in più piscina grande e sempre pulita disponibile per gli ospiti ci siamo trovati benissimo oltre le nostre aspettative,la posizione un po' fuori mano ma 10 minuti di auto e sei nei posti più gettonati del Cilento,veramente ottimo.

What a great place!
We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Giancesare. The location is absolutely beautiful, and the pool is warm and inviting—perfect for relaxing. What truly made our stay special were the amazing hosts. They are genuinely kind people with their hearts in the right place.
During our stay, our car broke down, and they didn’t hesitate to help. They came to pick up me and the kids, and even went out in the evening to get groceries for us. We felt so supported and cared for—such a rare and touching experience. Truly blessed to have met them. Highly recommend this place!

Ambiente familiare, persone gentili ed accoglienti. Il posto è favoloso, immerso nella campagna, circondati dagli ulivi. Piscina fantastica dove potersi rilassare. Dopo le varie escursioni nei siti archeologici e nelle spiagge è stato sempre molto piacevole tornare nella tranquillità. Lo raccomando a tutti quelli che amano stare in campagna e godersi il paesaggio. Ideale anche per famiglie con bambini.
Het is een keurig appartement met ruime kamers en super luxe een wasmachine!
Het heeft een ruim terras maar we hadden ook de mazzel dat er nagenoeg geen andere gasten in dit gebouw waren. Anders hadden we geloof ik ons terras stukje moeten delen?!
Uitzicht is prachtig!!
De keuken mist wel wat dingen. Het is vakantie dus geen ramp maar een beetje knappe pannen waar je wat mee kan, een waterkokertje en wat meer glazen zouden welkom zijn. Helaas was koken lastig (geduld hebben) want er kwam niet veel gas uit. Duurde dus super lang…
Daarnaast vonden wij het jammer dat we apart zaten van het complex bij het zwembad etc. We zaten aan de overkant van weg. Echt wel dichtbij hoor maar toch moet je met een sleutel van het hek, waar ook je huis sleutel aan zit, en je spulletjes verhuizen naar de overkant om bijv ‘even’ te zwemmen. Beetje onhandig en ongezellig. Bij het zwembad is het prachtig, alles goed verzorgd. Ons gebouw was duidelijk nog niet af, al hadden we hier geen last van.
Alles aan de residentie was top, het uizicht, het zwembad, de rust,...
Klein mjnpuntje is dat je buiten paestum en agropoli telkens een uurtje moet rijden voor een stadsbezoek. Maar voor de rest was alles uitstekend
La piscine et le soin du site, les jardins. La piscine est fabuleuse - elle a la taille d'un terrain de tennis et une profondeur allant de 1,23m à 2,70 + un petite piscine pataugeoire.
Des jeux pour les enfants, un coin barbecue, des superbes espaces verts.
Beaucoup de meubles permettant de ranger toutes les affaires !
Les propriétaires sont super gentils, serviables, accueillants et aidant.. Ils nous ont même prêté une machine à café !
Le manque d'électroménager, clairement : pas de lave-vaisselle, pas de micro-onde, pas de climatisation, juste un petit frigo et une petite plaque de gaz.
Les lits étaient bons mais le tout manque d'un bon rafraîchissement : la.porte de la salle de bain coince, les moustiquaires sont percées et la douche est un peu brinquebalante.
The pool area and the grounds are stunning. Views are incredible. Everything is kept spotless. The hosts are on hand for help if needed. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Despite many guests staying, it never felt busy.
It was incredibly hot during a heatwave and the room we had did not have AC. The host kindly provided an extra fan but we still found it difficult to sleep in the heat.
Area was very nice and clean. Pool is great quality even with jumping possibilities. Nature and air quality around is amazing. Even sometimes you can feel real smell of agriculture this was funny, feeling like in real countryside. Our family enjoyed stay. We also enjoyed owner, he is making rools to be valid to everyone, so really great place to stay. U would recommend at least one week.
Would be nice to have washing mashine in general area if you are staying for longer time you really need it. Also kichen equipment need to be reniewed.
We had a great relaxing stay here. The pool area was fantastic, clean and well maintained. It is set in beautiful gardens with fruit( limes, pomgranates, lemons, kiwis, figs) and palm trees. Spacious apartment with a big balcony, outdoor table and deck chairs. Very clean . Stefano, the owner, was very friendly.He and his wife were welcoming us in the middle of the night, as our flight was delayed.
The apartment could go with some more wine glasses. Some more utensils and a chopping board would be nice.The bathroom and the shower, in particular, very small.However, none of the above could spoil our stay:-)
We were two families with kids and took two apartments, connected by a balcony. The balcony was huge, perfect for breakfast or dinner, and children could play around. Rooms were big enough too and the pool with the water from a spring was nice!
The rooms and facilities needed some refurbishment. At some point, a window in the bedroom just fell off and I was lucky it didn't land on my foot and the glass didn't break. The window itself was about 10kg weight! Also, one room had no gas, when we arrived and it was until tomorrow to fix it.

The property is in a rural setting and a car is definitely needed. This suited us as we were looking for somewhere off the beaten track. The apartment could go with some more wine / beer glasses. A few new dishcloths would be nice.
