It was my second time and I will still come back and recommend.
Pros:

Clean with good facilities

Cons:

There was a little leakage on the floor outside the toilet door. It was always wet during our stay.

Great service, good location
Pros:

Very helpful staff, good service and great location which is located on the hill however it's walking distance to Ruined de St.Paulo and Senado Square. A lot of good local food shops and stores. Bus stops are also around the corner. I didn't try the buses but definitely convenient for going out by buses.

Great location, very mediocre hotel
Pros:

Great location. Very friendly staff. Dirty bathroom. Shower had hair in it from previous guests.

Pros:

Relatively nice view from our room. Quiet, easy to walk to old city.There is a shuttle to ferry port.

Cons:

It wasn’t possible to open the windows and at the same time the room had a bit of a stale smell. Wifi worked only next to the door.

Pros:

Personnel au top aussi bien en salle qu'à l'entrée ou l'accueil. Joli rooftop avec une belle vue au 5ème étage. Hôtel propre et chambre faite tous les jours. Centre ville pas trop loin, attention ça grimpe pour revenir à l'hôtel.
