Al Ain Palace Hotel

I sped about 4 weeks in the hotel , during this long time the staff was very good, I like to give special greetings to Sohail house keeper who working hard and do his best to satisfy the clients with smile face

Room was adequate and cleaning services were great. Sohail was great from housekeeping. Breakfast buffet catered to the services personally.

Neat and clean rooms. Appreciate house keeping team and would like to mention Mr. Akram Hussain for his dedication. Thanks

I don't know how it's 4 stars. Extremely old design, small rooms, very noisy pub in the hotel stays open late. Staff is great, cleanliness is great, prices are okay but I'd pay more to avoid the discomfort I experienced.
NO PARKING AVAILABLE. Spent 45 minutes every night trying to find parking which you still have to pay for (coins only by the way).

Its a Beautiful Location with the view of Corniche Beach.Very Peacefull Envoirment with Greenary.Room Facility also well arranged.Food also Delecious.My Favourite place is Swimming Pool Facility.This is my 2nd Visit.Musharaf from Conceirge Nimsang,Sujatha,Sudheer from FO,Life Guards Chathun,Ajith & all staff did a Nice Job.I highly willing to come again

The room cleaning service was excellent. Mr. Bhaskar did a great job maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. The room was neatly arranged, spotless, and very comfortable after cleaning. His work was professional, thorough, and consistent. I truly appreciate his effort and dedication. Thank you, Mr. Bhaskar, for the great service. Al ain hotel is pretty good and food is very decent and his staffs are very friendly and helpful aa well as. Sohail from housekeeping department he cleaned my room as soon i push the room clean button.. over all experience was superb suggest to come nd stay with reasonable price.

We booked a stopover through Ethiad and chose this hotel. It's in a nice area, but Corniche beach is about a mile away. Ubers were plentiful. Maybe 1-2 minutes for each ride. Check in was smooth and staff was friendly. We are a family of 3 but there was only 1 bed. This was a miscommunication from Ethiad. They sent up a rollaway bed for a small fee. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options. Marsala tea was great. We ate at the Filipino restaurant and that was great. The pool was very welcoming with different restaurants around it. The gym was huge and we enjoyed both. We didnt use the spa, but it looked nice. Overall, a nice hotel.

The only downside is, we were on floor 1, which was a smoking floor. The fire alarm went off at 1230am for 45 seconds and then again at 6am. We were told both these issues were a false alarm from humidity.

The Hotel service is good and staff also very friendly and specially house keeping staff mr. Sohail is doing very well job. He is the wonderful.

We stayed at Al Ain Palace Hotel during our business trip to ADIPEC, Although hotel rates across Abu Dhabi were exorbitant. Al Ain Palace still offered an excellent comfort, value and convenience. The room was clean and well-maintained(except batrooms, which were having a very small bathing area) making our stay truly relaxing after long days at the conference.

A special mention to Duty Manager Mr. Ameer, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. He guided us with every detail and ensured everything was perfectly managed. His courteous and professional attitude made a real difference to our experience. Even Ms Vianca was also very courteous.

Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, hospitality and value in Abu Dhabi

Clean room, very good food with generous portions, and excellent hospitality. Security Manager Mr. Hassan and Duty Manager Mr. Ameer deserve special mention for their outstanding hospitality. Kudos!
