Al Ain Palace Hotel

I stayed at Al Ain Palace Hotel about two years ago and had an incredible experience. Because of how much I enjoyed my previous stay, I recommended this hotel again and my guests were staying this time The staff are truly wonderful — always kind, helpful, and welcoming. They make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The cleanliness of the hotel is also excellent and maintained at a very high standard.
However, during this visit the food experience was not as good as before. Previously the food was amazing, but this time my family and visitors were a bit disappointed. The dishes were sometimes too salty, some items seemed half cooked, and the order was incomplete. It also took quite a long time to arrive, almost more than an hour.
That said, the warm hospitality of the team really makes a difference. The way the staff treat guests helps you overlook small issues. It’s still a place I enjoy visiting, and I look forward to coming back again next year.

Wonderful staff in a hotel located in a prime location. Special thanks to Lucy at the hotel restaurant and the wonderful staff at the reception as well. We will be back!

The room service and cleaning was top notch.
Sakir especially was very prompt in the cleaning aspect and servicing any requests made making my stay very comfortable and enjoyable

Hotel had relatively better services but housekeeping was slow in catering to requests like extra laundry bags and cleaning up room properly. Breakfast buffet has limited options but Mr. Aneesh (F&B manager) from Cafe Al Ain really catered nicely to extra food requests personally and even offered additional options apart from the available buffet.
Overall a good stay.

I sped about 4 weeks in the hotel , during this long time the staff was very good, I like to give special greetings to Sohail house keeper who working hard and do his best to satisfy the clients with smile face

Room was adequate and cleaning services were great. Sohail was great from housekeeping. Breakfast buffet catered to the services personally.
