Nice enough, needs improvements in breakfast
Pros:

Entire hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were fastidiously working all day keeping the entire place clean and up to standard. The bar staff and restaurant staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms are really quite small. Air con didn’t work in our room, and the room got hot during the day for the night. We had it set to 17 they suggested turning up to 21. This didn’t help. They said to raise the issue again and we could move rooms but honestly we’d unpacked and didn’t fancy the hassle. Pollença is cold at night so the balcony door being open cooled us down.

Breakfast buffet - hit and miss. Some nice pastries and some nice cooked items like speck and fried eggs but the coffee was revolting and fruit juice was cordial. For some reason 2 days in a row there were carrots in the cooked section?

No coffee in the rooms - just green tea.

Bar was nice, good coffee, friendly staff.

Die Lage am Strand, ruhig und gut gelegen im Ort. Buffet war abwechslungsreich und frisch. Personal freundlich.

Dass das Frühstück und Abendessen für die Hotelgäste im hinteren Bereich stattfand und nicht auf vorne bzw. auf der Terasse mit Meerblick

Fantastisch
Pros:

Ontbijt prima maar ik zou iets meer onderzoek doen naar wat mensen echt willen zien. Personeel super aardig doen alles voor je. Locatie aan t strand is zoo fijn. Locatie prima wat uit de drukte heerlijk.

Cons:

Ja wij blijven voor de locatie terugkomen maar de badkamer is echt te krap.
