Umiejsowienie przy fosie, na obrzeżach starówki, bliskość do wszelakich knajpek, łatwość zameldowania, stojaki rowerowe w podziemnym parkingu

Cons:

Kontrola niemal wszystkiego w pokoju poprzez tablet. Klimatyzacja działała słabo jeśli nie wcale (niby w trybie eko), brak chłodzenia czy nawet wymiany powietrza. Nawet jeśli jedna karta zostałą w slocie gdy wyszliśmy. Po zgłoszeniu obsłudze, aczkolwiek niezmiernie symatycznej, nic się pod tym względem nie zmieniło. Dopiero następnego ranka, ok. 9 magicznie ożyła i zaczeła chłodzić.

Location and stuff was very helpful

Cons:

Small rooms, King Size bed room was described as bigger, but it was exactly the same as Queen. And didn’t have refrigerator as it was supposed to.

Pobyt był bardzo udany dzięki wyjątkowo życzliwej i profesjonalnej obsłudze.
Pros:

Przede wszystkim chciałabym wyróżnić wspaniały personel sprzątający! Obsługa jest na najwyższym poziomie. Pokój był nieskazitelnie czysty i nie można mieć najmniejszych zastrzeżeń do Pań sprzątających, które są niezwykle dokładne, życzliwe, uśmiechnięte i zawsze chętne do pomocy. Na równie wysokie uznanie zasługuje także obsługa recepcji – profesjonalna, uprzejma i bardzo pomocna.

In love with PURO again <3

It was not our first stay here and definitely not the last one - we really love the PURO experience in every hotel from their chain <3 Thx a lot to the staff and overoall delightful stay, we really enjoyed it.

Perfect hotel for a city trip
Pros:

What a wonderful hotel! It’s centrally located yet quiet, incredibly stylish, with free coffee and tea 24/7. The staff speaks fluent English and everybody is so friendly. We had a cosy, spacious Classic Plus King room with a wonderful view into the green backyard, wonderful beds, free tea, coffee and water also in the room every day, great toiletries in the bathroom and every comfort you could wish for! The also offer free bikes, yoga sessions and gym. I’ll definitely be back ❤️

Najbardziej podobało mi się w obiekcie to że hotel jest już mocno unowocześniony. W pokoju wszystko można było sterować za pomocą tabletu. Pokój był czysty, przestronny i przede wszystkim bardzo ładny i zadbany.
