Cons:

En la habitación había una mini tablet en la pared desde la que teóricamente se podía regular todo en la habitación. Estábamos a mediados de septiembre y la temperatura exterior estaba entre los 12 y los 20ºC, por lo que ya no hacía falta el aire acondicionado. En la mini tablet, donde teóricamente se podía regular la temperatura, había una barra que ponía "más calor" a "más frío". La pusimos al máximo de "más calor", ya que para nosotros hacía frío en la habitación, pero no conseguimos que subiera la temperatura y seguía saliendo aire más bien frío, que solo se apagaba si abrías la ventana, lo que no era solución porque fuera hacía también frío. Al cabo de unas horas informamos en recepción y la única solución que nos ofrecieron fue subirnos un pequeño calentador eléctrico de aire caliente, que ayudó a paliar la situación. En cuanto a la Smart TV decía que podías conectarte a Netflix y con Chrome Cast, pero cuando lo intentabas salía en la pantalla un mensaje de "función no disponible". Tambien lo comentamos en recepción y tampoco lo pudieron arreglar. La ducha tenía un panel de separación del resto del cuarto de baño, pero era pequeño y si no tenías mucho cuidado acababas mojando todo el cuarto de baño. Una lástima que un hotel tan moderno y de diseño, acabe resultando tan poco práctico...

Pros:

Nowoczesny hotel w centrum miasta. Niedalehko Narodowego Forum Muzyki, gdzie można zostawić samochód w bardzo dużym parking podziemnym. Hotel jest czysty i komfortowy z bardzo ładnym patio. Udogodnieniami w pokoju sterowało sie przy pomocy aplikacji na tablecie wiszącym na ścianie w pokoju, więc osoby starsze mogą mieć problem. Zaskakującym elementem pokoju jest łazienka - róg pokoju wydzielony przy pomocy szyb mlecznych z dużymi kropkami szyby przeźroczystej. O prywatnośc w takiej łazience trudno.
Przez cały czas na parterze dostepna jest kawa i herbata bez limitu. Jedzenie!!! Kucharz w tym hotelu jest mistrzem! Zarówno dania podane na kolacje jak i śniadanie - wszystko było pyszne. Śniadanie było bardzo smaczne, obfite, różnorodne, potrawy nieoczywiste. Wszystko doskonale podane i przyprawione. Hotel na pewno zostaje w pamięci.

Okna pokoju wychodziły na patio, na którym odbywała się impreza więc cicho nie było.

A lovely stay – we would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was modern, clean and very comfortable, with a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

PURO devient désormais mon choix en Pologne
Pros:

Le personnel était adorable que ce soit à la reception, au bar/bistro, ou dans les étages. Un probleme d'ouverture de safe a été reglé en moins de 5 minutes, reveil à 330 du matin par quelqu'un qui a frappé à la porte. C'était exceptionnel. J'ai sejourné dans un hotel de luxe à Wroclaw l'année dernière et à Varsovie en général. Ici c'était plus convivial.

W opisie hotelu napisane było że pokoje są dźwiękoszczelne, niestety było słychać i sąsiadów i korytarz i to głośno, więc z jakąkolwiek dzwikoszczelnoscia nie ma to nic wspólnego. No i cena, zamawiałem przez booking byliśmy w 3 osoby, każdy brał pokój 1 osobowy. Więc nie wiem czemu moja cena była 30% wyższa od reszty.
