¡Excelente atención y lugar!
Pros:

Este hotel fue una de mis mejores decisiones de la corta estadía que tuve en la Ciudad de Guatemala, porque fue un espacio muy agradable estar y trabajar. Hasta pude cocinar y no me faltó nada en la cocina para las 2 cenas que me hice, mientras trabajaba tras las jornadas que tuve en la ciudad.

Es un hotel que se encuentra en una zona residencial muy tranquila, con mucha vegetación alrededor y personal muy amable, tan amable que cuando no pude aprovechar mi último desayuno incluido (porque debía estar a las 6:40 en el aeropuerto), me ofrecieron cosas para llevar y tomar el desayuno en el aeropuerto.

Cons:

Solo que la ducha en algunos momentos no salía con mucha presión y que la llave de la habitación en la que me quedé, estaba defectuosa. Pero es un detalle realmente menor, porque es muy buen lugar.
