I say here regularly with work and must of stayed at least 30 times.
This is great downtown hotel and I always have a great nights sleep here. The pool deck is great and always quiet, you can take drinks from the bar up there. The restaurant and bar is good, the outdoor area is very AZ - fire pits, cactus, wicker chairs, I love it. The rooms are large, a king bed or two queens, floor to ceiling window, huge TV, mini fridge, tea/coffee and a safe. The bed is super comfy and a clean modern bathroom. There is parking but it’s expensive, I recommend one of the local lots, there are plenty.
The downtown Phoenix area is good, a large selection of restaurants and bars and an easy walk to the baseball and basketball stadiums. 25min drive from PHX airport.

Finding the front of the hotel. Google took us to the back side. No signs. Once we did find a valet area, no one was there initially.
The aroma stuck with me. Amazingly fresh! From front door to the hallways, in the elevator and in the hallways to the 14th floor. Rooms very well kept. Over all Consistency!!!
Would like to see a more of a convenient store on location or more selections. I like the vending machine, but that was very pricey for small quantities.
Comfortable room and bed! The view from the corner suite was amazing and the bathtub was Devine ! Access to the club floor was great for breakfast and snacks during the day and into the evening! Great staff, friendly and helpful!
Didn't realize there wasn't much to do in the downtown core and didn't rent a car! We were only there for a few days to see 'RAYE' in concert! We also used the pool (very shallow, but nice to have somewhere to cool off!)
Bathroom towels have bad smells. Hidden fees everywhere. A daily $30 “destination fee” is auto-charged and what you get is a $15 discount on food & beverage if you choose to dinning at hotel. This fee is not showing on the daily room rates and you only know it at check-out, when the bill was already made. The front desk would then tell you that they have “briefly explained” this policy and you need to “listen carefully, don’t accept everything without knowing, and when I asked “ so are you implying that I did get a chance to decline this fee when I checked in?” They gave me the look and said “no”
This is ridiculous. Avoid this hotel if you travel!
Excelente servicio y ubicación
The hotel has big rooms with beautiful views of Phoenix and the mountains in the distance. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and great location, close to bars and restaurants. Staff was very friendly.
From pictures it looks like there’s a rooftop pool, but the pool is actually on the second floor and is in shade for most of the day. It is a tiny pool and gets very crowded. They seem to have understaffed the bar/restaurant and we often had to wait a long time for coffee in the morning.
Really well located for downtown Phoenix staff friendly and helpful rooms massive some have showers, some have bath with shower. Great views of the mountains at sunrise, gym good with really good equipment. Vending machine in lobby for those essentials you might have forgotten.
