Lobby and downstairs are nice

Cons:

Original room did not have clean linens (visibly soiled) and the second room had bathroom cleanliness issues. Management needs to step up their inspection game

A 10 out of 10!!!!
Pros:

I booked a block of rooms and a meeting space for my daughters BSN graduation from Cox College. All I can say is the staff ALL went above and beyond our expectations. The food was all great and the service was even better. Definitely would recommend here 1000 times over. Some of the staff I want to specifically name that we had the pleasure of having, were Jena - bar service, June our server, Justin the cook - Superb! and Alia at the Front Desk! Thank each of you for going above, it was so appreciated!

Convenient when passing through town on Highway 60
Pros:

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for one night, just off Highway 60… a great location if you are passing through town. Our room on the fifth floor was dark and tired, with poor lighting, but the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

After driving all day, we didn’t want to get back in the car to find a place to eat, so we chose to eat at the hotel grill. Amanda, our waitress was great. We had Chicken Marsala and Chicken Maple, both very good. Fresh coffee was available in the lobby the next morning. We also ate at the breakfast buffet in the morning. I don’t usually like buffets, but the cook served up the hot dishes and with plenty of fruit, it was a good choice for us… fast, and back on the road.

Overall, stay was pleasant comfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast options were good and the food was great. Location was very convenient for us. Almost Everyone we encountered on staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.

Cons:

Room decor was dark and kind of depressing, although furniture was comfortable.
Think cost of stay was too high.
