Pros:

Welcoming, pleasant staff. The hotel was clean, spacious, stylish decor throughout, and super comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent. Great price, right opposite train station, and surprisingly quiet all night and morning. (We stayed at weekend). Highly recommend and would book again

Excellent hotel super convenient for Brussels Midi
Pros:

Decent shower
Reception staff very friendly

Cons:

The shower cubicle could be designed better, difficult to stop water escaping through the strange door opening l/closing arrangement

Reliable stopover hotel for (rail) travellers
Pros:

Location right next to Gare du Midi (Zuidstation), so is ideal for Eurostar travellers.
Very helpful multi lingual staff
Good breakfast buffet
Clean but simple rooms.

Cons:

The hotel isn't in a particularly nice area of Brussels and is about 2km from the central tourist areas. The immediate area around the hotel could feel unsafe at times for some people if walking around. The hotel has clearly taken extra precautions and felt safe once inside. I would recommend using public transport links (very easy) instead of walking in this area.

It's a hotel in a busy location, so there was quite a lot of traffic noise from my room.
