les photos sont trompeuses… hotel froid triste sans personnalité, personnel compris à part la personne du check out le reste du personnel et digne d’un personnel d aéroport : froid, indifférent, peu compétent. breakfast limite en choix et de piètre qualité…avec la aussi une personne pas aimable que l’ont derrange, hotel pas plein et pas capable de débarrasser les tables, capucino en sus comme les bouteilles en chambre …., foot ts les matins du tv au breakfast… c est dire le niveau . c’est juste un bon 3 étoiles mais surtout pas plus -

Pros:

La habitación amplia y las camas muy cómodas. Contaba con espacio de cocina y mesa, lo que agradecimos mucho porque fue un espacio para estar con mis amigas. Las terrazas del hotel son preciosas. El desayuno muy bueno. El personal de recepción y de reservas ha sido estupendo. La ubicación es excelente para los que quieran estar cerca de Av Corrientes y Teatro Colón.

Cons:

Pasajeros ruidosos en mi piso. El descando es para mí una de las claves a cuidar al menos en horarios regulares. Escuchamos ruidos cerca de la 6 y ya no pudimos descansar bien.

Excelente acomodação e local simplesmente fantástico, próximo a tudo. A limpeza impecável, nota mil para as meninas que arrumaram o quarto.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo, só o café da manhã era por fora da hospedagem que saía caro. Mas tudo avisado.

La atención del personal. Siempre amables. Llegamos un poco antes de las 15 y nos permitieron entrar ya que las habitaciones estaban listas.
La habitación bien amplia, limpia.

Cons:

Mejoraría un poco el baño que sale el agua de la ducha cuando te bañas y salpica alrededor. Y el desayuno capaz un poco mas variedad..

Ótimo hotel. Bom custo benefício, nos atendeu bem nas expectativas. Recomendo.
Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom. Tamanho do quarto excelente. Equipe muito atenciosa e solicita. Cabe aqui chamar a atenção para atendente Milagros, que nos atendeu sempre de forma especial, com carinho e alegria. Demais membros da equipe também fizeram ótimo trabalho.

Cons:

A localização é razoável. Atende melhor quem tiver programação mais restrita ao microcentro. Não é um bom lugar para caminhar à noite, ou sair ou chegar de madrugada. Não é um local mais próximo das atrações turísticas.
