My stay was convenient and I am satisfied
Pros:

The breakfast was good but minimal change from day to day. I stayed for a week so I was not happy having the same breakfast every day. The room was clean, capacious, and convenient. The cleanliness was really noticeable. The reception personnel were really helpful, available, and friendly in a professional way.

Cons:

I tried to cancel the last day of my stay and I was given no options. I tried to have a partial refund or credit but the answer was no. I didn't like paying 15 dollars a day for parking

Prima plek om DC te bezoeken, maar ook Alexandria is top
Pros:

Hele nette en grote kamer, goed onderhouden hotel - parkeren voor de deur (15 dollar per nacht) en dan met de metro naar DC.

Pros:

The hotel is nice, the room is good, and the breakfast is great.

Cons:

It is very disturbing at night. Some noises. They put us in a room with a shared door, and someone was knocking on it in the middle of the night. We did not sleep well. Also, the hotel does not answer through the Booking.com chat. I have an upcoming reservation (they are close the location that I need to be), and I am trying to modify the dates, but the hotel does not answer. I called them, and they said they have rooms that day but cannot do it through booking.com.

I didn't stay here I was charged a fee due to a mix up on booking.com and no accommodation
Cons:

I didn't stay at the hotel but they charged me 150 dollars and refuse to return the money as booking.com double booked me for different hotel same area. I called to get it rectified and neither booking.com nor the manager at this hotel could help. I won't be using the service again as they way I was treated was terrible

Good. Room was very clean. No insects that I could tell, which was great. Keep up the good work.
Pros:

Breakfast fair. Didn’t like the meat in the potato’s. Meat should be separate. Cups could be a little bigger. Please do not put green unripe bananas out.

Cons:

I wanted to leave a tip online but did not option to use other payments like a debit card or Apple Cash. So I left Lividias tip at front desk.
Rates needs to be lower.

It was fine. Served the purpose
Pros:

The location was great for what we had planned for our trip.

Cons:

Paying $15 per day for parking in spaces that were too small and a parking lot that didn’t seem to have enough spaces for how many folks were there was a bit excessive.

Would stay again in a king room.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good breakfast and coffee, great location for us.

Cons:

We reserved a king room but received a double queen. Had to sleep separately.
