Friendly staff and the location was perfect. Wonderful having reserved parking also.
Nothing at all but just one suggestion - perhaps a hook or two near the shower to avoid having to walk across bathroom to get your towel post showering.

Great view from the outdoor seats in the restaurant. Food good and not bad value for the dinner. Rooms clean and great views of the river.
Breakfast was quite pricey so we didn’t have it at the hotel, plenty of places close by to get a coffee and croissant in the morning.
Nothing has the hotel decided to cancel my booking with no reference to me.
I had made enquiries with regards cancelling my booking but chose to keep the booking.
After a 800 mile ride to be told the booking was cancelled was upsetting.
The receptionist was helpful and found me a room.
Although he apologised no offer of compensation just a glass off water..
I have stayed at many Best western hotels and have found to be good, I won't be staying at them again.

Reçus comme des rois! Le personnel de l'hôtel et du restaurant est très pro et avec un super sens de l'accueil et du service. Le restaurant et le brunch sont délicieux, à faire absolument. La chambre très confortable et la vue sur chateau est magnifique.

Lovely location beside the river and opposite the chateau
Have stayed before and it is one of my favourite hotels in the Loire area. Great views, excellent restaurant, decent rooms and charming staff.
Charging for parking is a bit off, though it's a good facility to have.
