Pros:

If I could give ten stars on this review, I will. Mark from the Concierge Desk went above and beyond to ensure I enjoy my stay at the hotel as well as my trip in Chile. I unfortunately lost my cellphone at the Santiago airport before boarding my flight to Puerto Natales. After arriving at Singular Patagonia late in the afternoon, I asked for help to buy a new phone before going to the park on the second day. Mark immediately realized that because the 2nd day was Easter holiday, and stores would be closed, I only had less than one hour to ensure I have a phone during the trip. He called the electronic stores to ensure they were open and the type of phone I looked for was available. A taxi was arranged to drive me to the electronic store and drive me back after i complete the purchase. Because of Mark and the team, my trip in Chile completed with sweet memorable and good pictures. Singular Patagonia will always be my 1st choice when visiting Puerto Natales again. What's more: The view from the room was stunning, even more beautiful than the picture shows. The breakfast offerings were nutritious and convenient to start a day. Thank you, Mark. Thank you, Singular Patagonia.

Perfect experience
Pros:

Fantastic experience, great hotel & accommodations. Unforgettable tours & expeditions.
The rooms have great views, the food is outstanding, and the staff is beyond kind.
It's not cheap, but it's worth it.
The Calafate sour is the best one that I have ever tasted.

An unforgettable and outstanding hotel experience.
Pros:

This hotel experience was probably the best I’ve ever encountered in my life. I specifically chose it as the venue at which to celebrate a special milestone birthday and I could not have been happier. Everything about The Singular Patagonia is unique and special. The funicular ride to the accommodation wing, the integrated museum and vintage artefacts you pass by on your way to and from your room and restaurant, the restaurant itself and the delicious food they serve, the excursions and we cannot forget the comfortable and luxurious rooms with the most incredible water views. They even provide you with travel adaptors for the power outlets and the most delicious sweet treats - How thoughtful. The windows in your room are enormous for a reason - you cannot tear yourself away from those views. The staff of the hotel are all kind and incredibly friendly and most speak really good English, thankfully for us- I cannot recall any grumpy or unenthusiastic attitudes from any staff. We enjoyed a full day navigation to the Serrano glacier and an estancia that was the highlight of our whole trip. It was the day of my birthday and one that I shared with a lovely staff member. Having the entire tour group sing happy birthday to us both in Spanish and then in English was a memory that I will never forget. Chechin and Pablo were outstanding guides and made the day so much fun. I am already wondering how I can make arrangements to come back here- it would be amazing to share a trip here with friends. My only disappointment is that we didn’t stay here longer.

Unique hotel in a stunningly beautiful part of the world.
Pros:

Unique luxury hotel in a stunningly beautiful part of the world.
Everything about our visit exceeded expectations.
The highlights for us were the trips. There is an extensive range for all abilities and the guides were all superb. After the eastern road trip to Torres del Paine in perfect weather, with a bonus sighting of a puma, we thought nothing could beat it. But the navigation to the glaciers on the following day delivered, with a perfect sunrise, with sightings of dolphins, sea lions, eagles and a condor, with a wonderful lamb barbecue, followed by a trek on horseback, and all with great company.
The hotel retains a great sense of its history and has been converted really well. The staff all made us welcome, the food and the wine list were excellent, but the bonus was the view - jaw dropping from every direction.
An unforgettable experience.

Wonderful everything!
Pros:

Delightful experience from beginning to end. Friendly, courteous staff; facilities extremely clean & well maintained; and fabulous food (even if it was overly generous). We would stay here again anytime we’re in the area! Great base of operations for exploring Patagonia.

Once in a Lifetime Visit to Patagonia
Pros:

The reviews written do not do the Singular justice. This property is incredible and no detail missed. We booked the all-inclusive which is a great deal as it includes day tours and different excursions. The guided tours can be easy or strenuous, but the guides always ensure safety and that you have an incredible time. Shoutout to Maurice for his extensive knowledge provided during the cold storage tour which was at the hotel where you learn all about the properties history and how it came to be the Singular. Ignacio was a great guide with much enthusiasm and knowledge during our eastern expedition hike of the park. Finally, Ayelen and Michel were amazing guides during our all day Torres del Paine base hike, they made a pretty strenuous hike manageable and approachable, good people. The facilities were incredible, amazing food, cocktails, dream-like bed and the spa with a plunge pool and wet/dry saunas all with views of the water. Staff is exception in all aspects. We would count oursleves lucky if we were to stay again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Overall our experience for the 4 days we were there was exceptional. Very attentive staff in all regards, in the lounge, dining, excursion planning and guides. Unfortunately it’s a long you for this Canadian family to revisit any time soon

Tasteful and inviting conversion of an old factory
Pros:

We visited the hotel for drinks and then dinner the next day. Really tasteful and inviting conversion of an old factory to create a luxury experience. Good quality service. Good views across the bay. We would probably stay here if we return to Puerto Natales.

Unique and wonderful spot in Patagonia
Pros:

A very unique but top notch hotel. Created within the shell of a former meat packing plant - don’t miss the tour of the building and its history. Service was outstanding- restaurant, bar, local guides - all were terrific. Food in the restaurant was very good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with great waterfront views. A wonderful part of our Patagonia experience.

Great Hotel Great Service
Pros:

We arrived at 2:30pm via private car provided by the hotel. Check in was fast and efficient. We were immediately introduced to the 2 activities coordinators and were signed up for our first hike at 3:30pm. A great start to the trip. Upon return we again met with the activities coordinators and arranged all activities for the rest of the week. Anything we asked for was available. All the guides were great, very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable!!! The hotel is marvelously blended into the former factory buildings. Rooms are well appointed modern and spacious. Housekeeping outstanding. The bar , lounge area and restaurant area are warm and inviting. Food was good (4 out of 5 stars) and service was great, very attentive. Pay attention to the weather and have appropriate clothing. During our stay, it was sunny and cloudy but the wind was 10 - 50 mph and rarely stopped. We had a great time here and highly recommend.

Exceptional hotel!
Pros:

We stayed at the Singular for 4 nights and it was amazing. The resort is one of the most unique hotels we have ever stayed at. The location, atmosphere, dining room, staff and activities were a ten. Make sure to try the Calafate Sour! We would stay here again if we ever get the opportunity to visit Patagonia again.

Crazy and Unique luxury!
Pros:

To just say this place is unique is an understatement! It's a 5 star resort in a museum! A sheep processing and cold storage plant repurposed into a wonderful hotel, restaurant and resort! Great food and service from start to finish especially from Pamela for breakfast and Carolina for dinners. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view. The hallway to the rooms looks like you're on the starship enterprise ! It's crazy!

Certainly not 5-star for the cost and service
Pros:

I would have given 3.5 stars but that's unavailable. Starting with the good: The hotel property is beautiful and unusual. Very historic and the architects made great use of the existing buildings. The excursions were great - albeit very weather dependent and , because they would not let us book anything until we got there, we missed the very one activity we wanted to do because of weather on the days after we got there. (Had they let us book in advance, we could have arranged to arrive on time on our first day). Instead, they charge you for a full day at the all-inclusive price and then leave you to find something to do in town. The guides were delightful, interesting and friendly - consistent with all our other guides elsewhere in Chile. And we loved the excursions we did (particularly the Baguales hike).
The negatives: They knew we were arriving at 9:30 am yet failed to take that into consideration in terms of arranging the cleaning of our room and making it available. We saw no one else check in that early or for the next few hours - yet they stuck to a 3 pm check-in (they let us in at 2:50 pm). (We know they knew because our travel agent told them in a three way email and I also emailed about an effort to book an excursion for that morning). Thus, we were on our own with no morning activity that we paid for.
The food is mediocre and the same menu all week. The service in the restaurant is also mediocre. One evening my husband and I arrived in the restaurant and ordered cocktails before dinner. After 20 minutes of not being served, I went to the bar and noticed that there were no bartenders. We asked the server and she simply had no idea. The same thing happened with a coffee order the first morning we arrived (sans room).
As mentioned in another review of mine, one of the hotels we stayed at packed us a boxed lunch when we left for a midday flight. Not only does the Singular not do that but after we checked out - our flight was delayed 4 1/2 hours. so we took a taxi back to the Singular and asked to store our luggage while we had lunch. The front desk and the restaurant host each told us we could eat there on our dime - even though we just checked out after paying a high all-inclusive rate for three days. That might be reasonable - but it is not 5-star service, particularly given the price.

One of a kind hotel not to be missed
Pros:

This hotel is one of a kind. It has amazing interior spaces, large comfortable rooms with views, and extremely comfortable king-size beds, the bar area is welcoming, the staff are extremely accommodating, and the location is awe-inspiring.
