Un bellissimo soggiorno
Pros:

Struttura bella, camera pulita, staff molto accogliente,piscina a dir poco stupenda e rilassante.
Colazione abbondante sia salata e sia dolce, con vasta scelta.

Cons:

Praticamente niente, solo la lontananza a piedi per raggiungere la camera è stata un pò scomoda.

Ok, but would not rate it as a four star hotel.
Pros:

Style, location, decent breakfast. Size of room.

Cons:

Only one pool, no gym, drinks expensive and pool bar food as per most hotels, having to pay €20 cash deposit for a pool towel and not being able to change them, shower/ hot water could be intermittent.

Pros:

Es muy lindo y está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro histórico se puede ir a pie y llegar muy fácil. Muy buen desayuno.

Cons:

Las habitaciones Standard son sumamente lejos del restaurante, recepción y la entrada del hotel, para llegar era necesario tomar 4 ascensores y caminar demasiado. Nadie nos avisó esto al reservar y en nuestro caso había una mujer con casi 8 meses de embarazo, para ella fue difícil e incomoda la situación. Preguntamos si nos podían cambiar debido al estado de ella, y la solución que daban fue pagar 30€ más por persona por noche :(

Nice hotel but difficult to find yourself around.
Pros:

Nice large room with large terrace. Pool was large but I wish there was a deep end. Lifeguard assisted me to get out of pool without me asking so that was very nice.

Cons:

No self serve coffee maker in breakfast room. Though staff was always busy, sometimes I’d have to wait 15 minutes for coffee. Ridiculous policy that I could not bring water from breakfast room to my sick wife who did not come down for breakfast though I could bring coffee. You can easily get lost because the hotel layout had various separated buildings and for poor signage directing to the breakfast room, pool, etc. After I sort of figured out my way around, I ended up helping other guests who were completely lost. Not only does the hotel need to add mores signage, since the hotel is so complicated to navigate, reception staff should provide each guest a map showing exactly how to get to breakfast and to pool for both people that are ok with stairs and people who have mobility issues. The last thing I didn’t like is how quiet the pool is. Just about all hotels with this nice a pool usually play music.

Trop cher pour la qualité de la chambre
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est très varié et très bon. Le personnel au petit soin. Les espaces extérieures sont agréables.

Cons:

La piscine intérieure est accessible uniquement avec supplément, et inaccessible aux enfants, ce qui n'est pas clair à la réservation. L'hôtel est trop grand, on marche beaucoup pour rejoindre sa chambre et on se perd.

Location was good for me. I enjoyed a 10 minute walk down to the main area where the restaurants, cafes and bars are.

The pool was outstanding and beautifully clean.

Muy buen hotel con complicadas instalaciones.

De entrada la persona que nos atendio no fue amable en la tarde las otras chicas si

Mucho laberinto...muchisimas escal
Eras y ascensores para acceder a la picina recepcion y restoran.
Nada paractico para una noche y absolutamente desaconsejado para personas mayores o con dificultad de movimiento.
